Company related to employee leave and
Payroll.
PURPOSE
Manages the employees in a better way.
Easy to find the background of an
employee.
Maintains the date of hiring and leaving
SCOPE
Works in multiple pc’s
Employee’s can use it sitting at different
location.
Can be used simultaneously.
EXISTING SYSTEM
The records are maintained in
registers.
Manually entered.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Helps in maintaining the computerized
employee details.
Calculate the salary based on leaves.
Generate the reports.
Easy to calculate the working hours of
each employee.
Hence the salary will be easily
calculated.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Software Requirements
• Front End : Visual Studio 2008
• Back End : Ms SQL Server 2008
Hardware Requirements
• Processor : Pentium 4
• RAM : 1GB or more
• Hard Disk : 40GB or more
