Russian Liaison Support Officer, The Hague
ATG Europe – For one of our main customers, the European Space Agency, you will be assigned to
the ExoMars programme to support the international cooperation between ESA and Roscosmos. You
will report to the Head of the ExoMars Project Control Section, who is responsible for project control
and administrative functions and facilities necessary for the preparation and execution of the ExoMars
2016 Mission and 2018 Mission.

Responsibilities:
 Support the management of the Russian liaison for the ExoMars 2016 Mission and 2018
Mission;
 Prepare translations of documentation to and from Russian to English and vice-versa for ESA;
 Provide technical real-time translation support for Russian/European project meetings,
teleconferences and other ad-hoc communications;
 Support regular visits to Russian facilities in order to develop the establishment of common
approaches between Russian and European engineering teams for technical and programmatic
work of the ExoMars missions;
 Support and facilitate the drafting and approval of bi-lingual documents;
 Provide minutes of meetings in bi-lingual form;
 Facilitate action tracking, follow-up on action closure and provide relevant reports & statistics;
 Prepare Minutes of Meetings, reports on site visits and prepare reports on the progress of the
developing Russian/European cooperation;
 Assist in the establishment of Russian/European technical and programmatic interfaces within
the ExoMars programme and its various mission elements (ground segment, spacecraft,

Profile:
 Experience is essential in Russian/European cooperation in the frame of technology
development projects;
 Applicants should have a good working background in Russian/European translation services
and the ability to establish/utilize advanced real-time translation techniques. Furthermore the

risk and change management and other disciplines related to the tasks described above.

A Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is an online course aimed at unlimited participation and
