一、塔机安装说明
I. ERECTION MANUAL

前 言
尊敬的用户:
感谢并欢迎您选用抚顺永茂建筑机械有限公司生产的
ST 系列塔式起重机。
在安装和使用本公司生产的 ST 系列塔机之前,请详细阅
读本说明书的有关内容。(说明书包括三个部分,即:一、塔
机安装说明;二、操作维护指南;三、产品配件手册)
如您在安装使用过程中遇到任何问题,请及时与我公司技
术部联系。

随着国内外塔机技术的不断更新与改善,我们也会经常对
本公司的产品进行革新和改造。因此,本说明书所列的技术参
数如有更改,恕不另行通知。

本手册中详细介绍了 STT293 塔吊各部结构,安装、操作、维
护等用户使用所需资料。在您使用永茂公司生产的 STT293 塔
吊之前,请认真阅读该手册,若仍有不清之处,敬请与本公司
联系。

本公司向用户说明如下:
1、本公司产品保修期自塔吊出厂之日算起六个月。该塔
吊应按规定的工作级别使用。
2、在保修期内公司负责保修因制造缺陷损坏的零部件。
3、本公司不负责易损件的保修,但可提供更换服务。
4、因用户不按本手册中所述规程操作或不给塔机定期维
护和保养而造成塔机损坏及安全事故,本公司不负任何责任。
5、因电网电压不符合要求及自然灾害造成的零部件损坏,
责任自负。本公司可有偿提供配件及服务。
6、该塔吊工作环境温度:- 200C — 400C,最大工作风速
为 20m/s,工作级别:A3。

重要说明:寒冷地区(-20°C 以下)用户冬季施工请严格遵
守说明书中塔机工作环境要求,否则一切后果自负。

Yongmao Construction Machinery CO., Ltd.
Before your installation and operation of our company’s ST series
tower crane, do please read the relevant contents of this Operation
Manual carefully. (This Operation Manual is composed of three
parts: Ⅰ.Erection Manual; Ⅱ. Operation & Server Manual; Ⅲ.
Spare Parts Handbook).

occurred

during

the

installation

and

the

operation ,do please contact with our company’s Technical
Department without any hesitation.( Company Address: No.3

With the continuous technical updating and product improvement
on tower crane both at home and abroad, we will innovate and
modify our product timely. Therefore, the technical specifications
listed here in this Operation Manual is subject to modifications
without notice.
This Operation Manual has provided detailed instruction on each
and every parts and structures of STT293 tower crane including
instruction on the installation operation and maintenance of the
machine. It is strongly recommended that you should read this
Operation Manual carefully before using Yongmao’s STT293

tower crane. Please contact with us at any time if you encounter
any questions or problems concerning the machine.

Important Notice
1/The guaranteed period of our product is six month from the date
of delivery .The tower carne should be used strictly according to
the grade regulation of tower crane.
2/During the guaranteed period, our company will be responsible
for the damages occurred on the parts and components owing to
the manufacturing defects and workmanship.
3/Our company will not be responsible for the guarantee of the
easy-worn parts but will provide service on replacement.
4/Our company will not be responsible for the damages on the
tower crane caused by rude operation and neglect on periodical
maintenance.
5/Our company will not be responsible for the damages on the
parts and components caused by natural disaster and
unconformity with the requirement on electric power voltage.
6/The operation environmental temperature of the tower crane
is : -20°C~40°C; The Max. operating wind speed is 20m/s; and
the operation grade of the machine is A3.

Warning to End Users within cold Area (below 20°C)
All of the instructions and requirements stipulated in this
Operation Manual must be observed strictly if the machine is to
operate during winter time. Otherwise, all the loss and bad results
thus caused will be borne by the user.

二、 场地准备
1、 场地与空间
1)说明
本部分载有塔机的空间要求尺寸。
它由两部分组成:
1.1) 标有主要尺寸的整体塔机简图。
1.2) 塔机各主要部件尺寸及重量

以上所给尺寸较详细,可保证立塔精确无误。
注:所给尺寸只是理论上的尺寸,并没有考虑有无载荷时的变形因素。

Ⅱ.PREPARING THE SITE
1. SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR ERECTION
1)

Introductions

This brochure contains the dimensions for the space requirements of the crane.
It is composed of two groups:
1.1) The general crane layout with the main dimensions
1.2) The crane is represented in three parts:
a) Fixing angles and chassis
b) Mast tower
c) Cathead
The dimensions are detailed in such a way that the setting up of the machine can be
prepared in a more precise and complete manner.
ATTENTION: The indicated dimensions being theoretical, especially they do not
take into account the deformations without load or with load.

2) Track laying
RAIL TO BE USED:
The rail section must be suitable for the wheels it supports;Maximum head width
70mm.The best rail to use is one which is slightly worn as this has a good bearing
surface. It is preferable to use standardized material (rails and accessories) as shown
in the table below.
The user must choose the other dimensional characteristics of the rail according to
how latter will be connected to the concrete strips or to the broad flanged girder (HEB)
and according to the maximum vertical or horizontal reactions.
The horizontal reaction amounts to about 10% of the vertical reaction.

轨道应进行认真设计和铺设:
—纵向和横向完全水平。
—安装在坚硬的基础上。
—两轨平直,两轨平行。
—全长上使用同一型号的钢轨。
—至少在距轨端 1m 处,安装停止器。
—正确接地 (按本国标准考虑) 。
—立塔所需最短轨道长度见《立塔场地尺寸》部分。
轨道中间应填平到轨脚面高度,以便现场塔机正常行走。
(给出后面的图仅是作为一种说明,它们只用于承压力 20N/cm2 的均匀土壤。用
户负责铺设水平轨道,要求轨道能够承受最大台车反力而不引起局部下沉)
The track must be carefully designed and laid. It must be:
-perfectly horizontal ( longitudinally and transversely.)
-well bedded down on a solid base.
-perfectly straight and with the rails absolutely parallel.
-made up of the same type of rails throughout its length.
-fitted with rail stops placed at least 1m before the end sleeper.
-correctly earthed (according to the standards of the country considered).
-For the erection, 2 minimum length of track is required (see fig.《Site dimensions for
erection》).
-The center portion of the track must be banked up to the level of the rail foot so as to
ease the traveling of the site machines.
(The following drawings are given as an indication only. They exclusively apply to a
homogeneous soil with a resistance of at least 20N/cm2. The crane user is responsible
for the laying of the track which must be perfectly level and capable to take the
maximum bogie reaction of the machine without causing any local subsidence).

6)停止器
接近轨道终点的塔机必须在触及轨道停止器之前停止行走运动。
停止器的安装位置见图 1-2-13,它包括:
a/一个行走限位开关撞块
b/一个弹性缓冲器
c/一个焊固在钢轨上的挡块
上述停止器用户应特别认真地设计和装配,并定期检查以确保其正常使用。
限位开关撞块(a)的安装见本手册有关章节规定。检查撞块(a)是否与轨道平
行,以防行走限位开关滚轮离开撞块。用户自备停止器组件 a,b,c,并自行安装。
可以使用不同型号的缓冲器(b)夹持在轨道上。在选择停止器组件时应注意塔机
的重量(以确定缓冲能力)和缓冲器高度。缓冲器高度必须与街台车上的止动撞块
高度一致。
轨端挡块(c)须焊接在轨道上,间距适宜,以防塔机出轨。下面草图仅作一说明。
6) RAIL STOPS
WE remind you that the crane when approaching the track end must be stopped
before hitting the safety devices which are not working systems.
The three safety devices are fitted as indicated in the fig. 1-2-13.They consist of:
a/ a travel limit switch
b/ a sprung stop ( buffer )
c/ a fixed stop welded on the rail
The above devices are prescribed by the Safety Authorities and must be designed and
fitted with particular care . Periodically make sure that they are working correctly.
The mounting of system (a) is described in the relevant section of the handbook.
Check that the ramp (a) is parallel to the rail so that the limit switch roller does not
leave the ramp .
The supply and fixing of the devices ( a ) , ( b ) and ( c ) the responsibility of the user.
Different models for device (b) , clamped onto the rail, are available from specialized
suppliers. When choosing the appropriate devices , pay attention to the crane weight
( buffering capacity ) and the buffer height which must correspond to that of the stop
on the bogies .
Device (c) must be welded on the rail and have appropriate dimensions so as to
prevent the crane from running off the track. The following schematic drawing serves
as an indication only.

3. 接地 EARTHING
注意:塔机接地线不得采用保险丝或开关及电缆芯代替
ATTENTION:The earth circuit of the crane must neither include a fuse nor a
switch. The neutral wire on the supply cable is not connected to the earth.
有三种接地方式 :There are three types of earthing:
A、接地体采用正规的接地桩,或φ33x4.5 长 1.5m 钢
管,或 L70x70 长 1.5m 的角钢。
Earth substance is made of normal earth stake, either use
φ33x4.5mm( length: 1.5m) tube or L70x70 length 1.5m
angle.

In any case, the section of the copper conductor coming from earth substance should
be ≥25mm2. If the electric conduction of the soil is not good, sodium chloride
(common salt) might be buried in the earth, and pour into some water, for traveling
tower crane, each section of steel rail must be earthed. Link them by electrical joints.
The maximum earthing resistance is 4Ω.

三、固定脚基础
1、准备条件

A 用户自备
根据固定脚反力表 1-3-1,安装尺寸及其安装方法,可确定混凝土基础的尺寸和
加固措施。
表中所列的数值是满足塔机稳定性所需的最小值。
如用其他数据请与我们协商。
B 如何选用混凝土块基础
对于各种高度和各种型号塔机来说,最佳基础的选用取决于现场的地基承压
力,见表 1-3-2 。
对于任何高度的塔机,按等于或低于现场地基压力来选择基础。
安装固定脚 :
固定脚安装不当会使塔机出现严重事故, ( 如塔身倾斜等 )。
固定脚的安装说明见“安装固定脚”

基础的制作:
本说明书给出的图纸可保证各种情况下所需的最大压力。

the fittings of the fixing angles in Table 1-3-1 are necessary and adequate to determine
a concrete block’s dimensions and reinforcement.
FOR STABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE MACHINE, WE INSIST UPON
MINIMUM DIMENSIONS ON THE GROUND EQUAL TO THOSE OF THE
BLOCKS DESCRIBED IN THIS BROCHURE.

安装固定脚所需备件:
4 个固定脚及 8 个销轴
1 个塔身标准节
1 个铅垂线铊或水平仪
将固定脚和标准节装在一起(注:由于运输等因素,难免会造成标准节的变
形,将标准节组装后,在使用前必须对标准节进行检查,要求标准节对角线
长度及平面高度差不大于 2mm,合格后方可使用)
将固定脚和标准节安装在加强钢筋上,并在固定脚支板下用楔块调整固定脚
的位置。保证标准节四角水平高度差不大于 2mm。
浇注混凝土,待其干硬后,方可进行安装立塔工作。

4. FITTING THE FIXING-ANGLES
The material necessary to perfectly anchor the fixing-angles comprises:

1standard mast section
a plumb line or sighting device
Assemble the fixing-angles with the frame. (Attention: Before put into using, it is
necessary to check the frame for any deformations caused by transportation,
insure that the difference between the diagonals and the difference between the
plane heights are not larger than 2mm.)
Position the fixing-angle/frame assembly in the reinforcement and adjust it by
wedging under the angle support plates.
Pour the concrete block and wait until it is completely dry before erection.

四、压重 BASE BALLAST
1、 引言 INTRODUCTION
压重由对称布置在底架上的多个钢筋混凝土块组成。每层压重又由带有标识
字母 C 或 D 的混凝土块组成。
要求最小地耐力:2.0kg/cm2
这些压重必须按图所示那样对称的放置在底架上。
钢筋混凝土块这里只作介绍,由用户自备,我们不提供。
The base ballast is made up of several reinforced concrete blocks, which are placed
symmetrically on the chassis. Each layer consists of blocks identified by letters C or D.
Required min ground pressure: 2.0kg/cm2
These blocks must be positioned on the chassis as shown in the figures and the
corresponding table, i.e. between the attachment points of the ballast fixing device, if
latter is required.
The reinforcing of the concrete blocks, except the one shown in the figure, is left
up to the customer who has also the responsibility for the ballast preparation. No
supply from us.

1、 引言
配重由几个混凝土块 (A、B 或 C) 组成。其重量可根据起重臂长度而定,
混凝土块并排悬挂在平衡臂尾部。
混凝土块的制作由用户负责,在搬运过程中,绝对禁止碰掉或碎裂混凝土块。
后页给出了配重所需制作及安装尺寸。

Ⅴ.COUNTER-JIB BALLAST
1. Introduction
The counter-jib ballast is made up of several A、B or C blocks in reinforced concrete.
The weight of the blocks depends on the length of the jib. These blocks are suspended,
one by one , under the counter-jib tail .
The block’s reinforcement as well as the device used to lift and to suspend the blocks
on the counter-jib is to be determined and to be prepared by the user in such a way
that the blocks do not chip off or get loose when handling them or operating the crane.
The constructional and functional dimensions required to install the lifting and
suspension device are given on the following page.

六、附着
1、 引言
塔机在超过行走或固定式高度时,必须用缆绳与地面连接加固或用附着杆与
建筑物连接加固,称为附着。
这里只介绍附着在建筑物上的附着方法。
使用缆绳锚固,请与我公司商议制作。
附着位置见图 1-6-2。
对于带附着架塔机的拆卸方法,请用户与我公司联系。

Ⅵ.ANCHORAGES TO THE BUILDING
1.

Introduction

Beyond its free traveling or freestanding height, the crane must be connected either to
the ground by means of guy ropes or to the building using rigid anchorages.
The present manual deals only with the rigid anchoring to the building.
Please consult us when anchoring with guy ropes.
The anchoring positions see fig.1-6-2.
Dismantling of the crane with anchorage frame, please consult us for relevant
instructions.

在特殊情况下,需要顶升一节标准节以便于附着框的安装。
要点:
在上述情况下,塔机须停止工作。
在顶升中,应从两个侧面检查塔身的垂直度,以避免塔身与建筑物间的距离
出现偏差。
为了确保塔机和附着框间的正确联接,并防止活动楔块(1)下落,必须注意
与焊有楔块(2)的部件按图 1-6-1 安装。

2. INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARING THE CRANE :
— When it is a crane on rail traveling chassis , move it to the position for holding it
fast and static, tighten the rail clamps and disconnect the power supply for
traveling mechanism .
— In certain cases it is necessary to telescope an additional mast section so that the
anchorage frame can be fitted.
VERY IMPORTANT :
Under these conditions the crane is no longer normally autonomous, and it is
forbidden to work and to leave the crane free out of service.
When telescoping, check the perfect perpendicularity of the crane in both sides
in order to avoid any variation of distance between crane tower and building.
In order to ensure good connection between frame and crane tower and to
prevent the movable wedges (1) from falling down, it is essential to turn the
pieces carrying the welded wedges (2) so that the fitting corresponds to the sketch
1-6-1.

3.CRANE TOWERS AND ANCHORAGES
The heights given in Fig. 1-6-2 are the distance between fixing angle and mast top.
For any use of anchorages on cranes with chassis, please consult us for instruction.
The mast composition is given for the case of optimum use of the anchorage frames
that is to install more mast sections above the last anchorage frame.
As the client is responsible for the beams connecting the anchorage frame to the
building, please consult us when carrying out the installation of these beams for the
stresses on the level of the frame(s).
ATTENTION:If it is required that the crane works in some special condition and
larger height, please consult us for further instructions.
VERY IMPORTANT:The height of the anchorage frame and the distance
between two anchorages must be strictly maintained. It is required to reduce the
number of mast sections above the anchorage if smaller values are needed. (The
height under hook will be badly influenced accordingly.) Please consult us for
further instruction.

4、安装附着框:
a. 先拆除塔身上的扶梯以便于附着框的安装。

b. 在地面将侧梁 ( 1) 和 ( 2) 装在前梁 ( 3) 上、[插上销轴 ( 11) 是为了定位
侧梁 ( 1) 和 ( 2) ]

c. 吊升上述安装组件到所需塔身位置。[附着框架的前梁 ( 3) 应朝向建筑物]
d. 为了便于安装,可用两根吊绳做导向。
e. 将前梁 ( 3) 吊放到塔身中部水平腹杆上,(详见图 1-6-3 )
f. 折转侧梁 ( 1) 和 ( 2) 就位,并用销轴 ( 11) 紧固。
g. 吊升后梁 ( 4) 就位,并用销轴 ( 11) 安装到侧梁上。
h. 吊装支架 ( 6) 和 ( 8) (各两件),并用销轴(11)紧固在梁上。

4. FITTING THE ANCHORAGE FRAME
a. Remove the standard ladder from the mast to facilitate the installation of the
anchorage frame .
b. On the ground, place the two lateral girders (1) and (2) onto the front girder (3)
(insert shaft (11) only in order to facilitate spacing girders (1) and (2)).
c. Sling and raise the assembly until it reaches the right position on the mast (with
the front girder (3) of the anchorage frame towards the building).
d. To facilitate fitting, use 2 pendant ropes for guiding.
e. Hook the front girder (3) onto the horizontal bracings located in the middle of
the mast section (details refer to Fig. 1-6-3)
f. Fold back lateral girders (1) and (2) and pin them using shafts (11).
g. Sling and raise rear girder (4), position it and pin-connect it to the lateral girders
using shafts ( 11) .
h. Raise and place successively brackets ( 6 ) and ( 8 ) (two for each), then pin them
onto the girders by using shafts (11).

i. Place and pin diagonal bracing bar (5) with bracket (8) using shafts (12).
j. Check the horizontal position of the frame, and re-adjust if required.
k. Place outer wedges (10) and knock on them in order to bring the frame into
contact with the mast uprights.
l.

Place wedges frame (7).

m. Place outer wedges (9), and drive them in (details refer to Fig. 1-6-4) .
n. Having carried out these operations, check that there is no clearance remaining
between the wedges and the mast uprights.
o. Fit the ladder supplied with the frame instead of the standard ladder, then equip it
with the two back loop parts.
p. The Fig. 1-6-5 gives the forms of the anchoring rods and its installation.

一、引言
对一台塔机来说,其示意图表示需起吊的主要部件(及其附带的机构连接附
件,如销轴或螺栓等)

第 1 章给出了现场装卸的主要部件重量,由此可以进行整体吊装。
根据所使用的辅助吊车的性能,可将三节标准节组成的整体,一起吊装就位。

Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION
For each crane, the sketch shown represents the component to be lifted (with all its
equipments and connecting accessories such as shafts or bolts.)
The following pages specify the weights of the main components for their handling
on the site so that the complete packages can be lifted accordingly.
It you wish, the packages -each containing 3 mast sections –can be put in place by the
mobile crane used provided that its characteristics allow for it.

Ⅱ。ERECTION SEQUENCES
1.

INTRODUCTION

z This erection procedure allows a rapid assemble of your crane until it reaches its
telescoping position.
z It requires an auxiliary mobile crane, the characteristics of which must correspond
to the parts to be handled.
z Reducing the operating time of the auxiliary crane to the minimum on site
involves a good coordination between the erection and assembling sequences, the
erection team, and the appropriate accesses and assembling area .
z The purpose of this manual is to make you well acquainted with all the erection
operation and erection method.

2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ERECTION
1) All the handling operations using the mobile crane must be carried out safely.
ATTENTION: A Properly position and hold the mobile crane

Use slings in good order and of correct lengths according
to the weights of the parts to be lifted

Pay special attention to all the slinging points

2) Please read this manual carefully before installation. The erection operations
must be carried out in the order listed in the manual.
3) Make sure that all necessary protection and safety means are fitted and used, such
as : ladder、platforms、guard-rails、safety belt etc .
4) It is absolutely forbidden to lift a load if the counter-jib ballast is not fitted.
5) The crane must not be telescoped up with a wind speed exceeding 13m/s .

6) 顶升操作开始之前,要检查回转支承与顶升套架是否已用销轴连接并用开口
销销好。
7) 要遵守根据起重臂长度安放配重块数量的规定(见有关尺寸)。

(即:标准节被引入套架的一侧)。
9) 起吊或落下标准节时,要尽可能的靠近塔身。
10)在顶升过程中,要绝对禁止转动起重臂或开动变幅小车及使用起重吊钩(升
或降)

在安装过程中,如遇特殊问题或其它困难,请即与我厂销售服务联系。

6) Before starting any telescoping operation, make sure that the pins connecting the
slewing ring to the telescopic cage are inserted and secured by split-pins.
7) It is essential that regulations on the number of the counter-jib ballast blocks
subject to the jib lengths are observed strictly (see relative instruction) .
8) For telescoping, always turn the jib to the opening of the telescoping cage (the side
where the mast sections are introduced).
9) The mast sections must be lifted (or lowered) as close as possible to the tower.
10) It is forbidden to slew the jib, operate the jib trolley and use the load hook
(hoisting or lowering) as long as the telescopic cage is lifted or being lifted.
These instructions also apply to :
a. The erection of the crane
b. The height increase of the crane
c. The dismounting of the crane
For any particular problem or difficulties occurred during the installation of the tower

三、塔机零部件的安装
1)

标准节的安装:将 4 个标准节片用螺栓联接在一起,按“通道的安装”安装
梯子或休息平台。

2) 套架的安装:
a. 按顺序安装套架平台和支杆,插入销轴并用开口销锁牢;
b. 将平台上的护栏用开口销固定,用螺栓及螺母将护栏夹板夹在护栏上。
3) 回转上下支座的安装:
(回转机构出厂时已安装在回转上下支座中)

a. 将引进梁用销轴安装在回转下支座上并用开口销锁定;
b. 将回转平台用销轴安装在回转上支座上并用开口销锁牢;
c. 在平台上安装护栏,将护栏夹板用螺栓及螺母紧固。
4) 塔头的安装:
a. 安装平台、爬梯并用销轴及开口销锁固;
b. 安装护栏并用夹板、螺栓及螺母紧固。
5) 平衡臂的安装:(起升机构及配电箱已安装在平衡臂中)
a. 用销轴将平衡臂的前段与后段连接在一起;
b. 安装两侧平台及护栏;
c. 安装检修用悬臂梁。
6) 臂架的安装:
a. 准备支架(铁板凳)2~3 个,高度为 1m,宽度不小于 1.4m。
b. 将变幅小车装入第一节臂架并推至臂根部。
c. 将变幅电机与变幅机构连接。
(变幅机构出厂时已安装在臂架上)

Ⅲ、ASSEMBLING THE PARTS OF CRANE
1. Fitting mast section: Connect 4 mast section panel together by bolts, fit

ladders or resting platform.
2. Assembling the telescopic cage:
a). Fit the platform and support orderly, insert the shaft and lock with split pin.
b). Fix the grab rails onto the platform using split pins, and clamp the grab rails by
using fixing brackets, bolts and nuts.
3. Assembling the upper and lower slewing: (The slewing winch has already been
installed in the upper and loser slewing abutment before leaving factory.)
a). Place the monorail to the lower slewing and pin them using shafts and split pin.
b). Fit the platform into the upper slewing and pin them using shafts and split pin.
c). Fit the grab rail onto the platform and fix using fixing brackets, bolts and nuts
4. Assembling the cab mast (cat head)
a). Fit the platform and ladder and lock them using shafts and split pin.
b). Fit the grab rails and fix using fixing bracket, bolts and nuts.
5. Assembling the counter jib:(The hoist winch and electric box have already been
installed in the counter jib before leaving factory)
a). Connect the front and back counter jib sections by using shafts.
b). Fit the side platforms and grabs rails.
c). Assembling jib suspending beams for maintenance and service.
6. Assembling the jib:
a). Prepare 2 or 3 pieces of 1m height and 1.3m(Min.) wide brackets.
b). Connect the jib sections on
the brackets and lock them

四、立塔 ERECTION
1.安装行走台车 Assembling the traveling bogie
1)在轨道上放置台车 Putting the bogies on the track
在轨道上放置台车时,要考虑到安装塔机所需要的场地范围。
按底架尺寸(6x6m)将台车放置在轨道上一个正方形的四角上。
主动台车可同侧放置或对角线放置,但决不可安装在同一横梁上。(若四个台车
均为主动台车则无此要求)
注意:行走限位器按下图放置。
用夹轨器将台车固定在轨道上。必要时将其垫起以保持台车水平。
The bogies must be positioned on the track taking account of the space the erection
sequence requires.
Rest the bogies on the rails at the 4 corners of a square having the dimensions of the
chassis (6x6m).
On Straight track the motor bogies can be mounted on the same rail or diagonally, but
NEVER ON THE SAME CROSSBEAM. (If 4 bogies both are motor bogies, it has no
this request.)
Notice: Putting the traveling limiters according to the following figure.
Tighten the bogies to the track using rail clamps. Pack them up, if necessary, to
keep them horizontal.

2)吊装台车

吊起台车,横向应保持水平;对于主动台车,在吊装时将有电机的一侧向下倾斜,

2) Slinging the traveling bogies
Fit slings onto hooks provided for this purpose.
Lift up the bogie which will remain perceptibly horizontal in the lateral plane.
Longitudinally, the motor side of the bogie will tilt down in the case of a motor bogie,
without however impairing the putting on track.
When placing on the track, fit the bogies with bigger dimension with regard to the
wheel shaft on the inner side of the track.

2. 安装及调平底架
1) 将横梁底架 1 放到打好的四块移动基础上,然后将纵梁 2 放到横梁上并且用
12、13、14(螺栓,螺母,垫圈)把紧,再将四个水平拉杆 3 用销轴 17 连
接在横梁与纵梁处,并用开口销 18 锁紧。(见图 2-4-1)
2) 将基础节用 21、22、23(螺栓、螺母、垫圈)安装到纵梁上并把紧。
3) 将四个斜拉杆 9 用销轴 10,销轴 24 与底架和基础节连接并用开口销锁紧。
4) 按不同塔身高度放置压重,然后用拉杆 5 把压重固定好。

2. ASSEMBLING AND BALLASTING THE CHASSIS
1) Place the cross-members 1 onto those 4 pieces of already-made concrete blocks,
then place longitudinal member 2 onto the cross-members and pin them by using
bolts 12, nuts 13 and washers 14. Connect the cross-members to the longitudinal
member with four horizontal struts 3 and pin them by using eight shafts 17 and
lock them by using split pins 18. (See Fig.2-4-1)
2) Place and lock the basic mast onto the longitudinal member with bolts 21, nuts 22
and washers 23.
3) Connect the four backstays 9 to the chassis and basic mast with four shafts 10, four
shafts 24 and lock them by using split pins.
4) Place the base ballast according to different height of the crane, then fix the base
ballast with struts 5.

Lift the assembled mast section, fit to the fixing angles or basic section of base ballast
support. Insert 1,2, pin, and lock it by split pins.

4. 套架的安装 FITTING THE TELESCOPIC CAGE
a. 在地面上将套架零部件安装到顶升套架上。安装套架之前必须保证固定脚(底
架)以上至少为 3 节。
Fit the cage spare parts on the telescoping cage on the ground. Must be ensured
the fixing angles (chassis) at least 3 sections before fitting cage.
b. 将组装好的顶升套架吊放在标准节外,用挂靴将其固定在底部标准节上。
Sling the assembled telescopic cage and place it outside the basic mast. Connect it
on the basic mast by shoe.

5. 回转总成的安装 Mounting slewing assy
回转总成安装包括:回转上、下支座,回转支承,引进梁,回转机构及等,
在地面上用吊索吊挂回转上支座的 4 个耳座,找好平衡后将其吊至标准节上,分
别打入Φ65 销轴,穿入Φ20 销轴,与塔身连接,注意引进梁的方向与套架前部相
一致。
The slewing assy. include: Upper and lower support of slewing, slewing support,
monorail, slewing mechanism and so on, hang 4 lugs of upper support of slewing by
sling on the ground, after balancing lift it to the mast section, insertΦ65 pins andΦ20
pins respectively, connect to the mast, pay attention to the consistent direction of

6.塔头安装 FITTING THE CAT HEAD
在地面上将塔头组装完毕,选择好吊点,将塔头垂直吊起放入回转上支座的
耳座中(注意塔头的安装方向:即司机室与回转机构不在同一侧),然后在四个
角分别打入螺纹销轴(1)、圆垫(2),用槽形螺母(3)分别将螺纹销轴(1)、圆垫(2)
紧固,插入开口销(4)锁定。
Assembled the cat head on the ground, choice sling point well, lift and place the cat
head in the lug of upper support of slewing vertically (pay attention to the direction of
cat head: means cabin and slewing mechanism on different sides), then insert whorl
pin (1) and washer (2) on 4 angle respectively, use slot type of nut (3) fix the whorl
pin (1), washer (2), insert the split pin (4) and locked it.

3).安装注意事项:
1)臂架及平衡臂的安装时不能间断,因此要求在安装前确保平衡重已全部就位。
2)保证变幅小车及必须始终固定在第一节臂上。
3)必须按以上顺序进行安装,平衡重的安装见“平衡重的安装”。
4)最后一步是将其余平衡重全部安装至平衡臂尾部。
5)从事这项工作的装配人员在操作时必须系好安全带。
6)在空中进行臂架及平衡臂的安装,风速不得大于 7m/s。

4) The last steps is fit other counter weight on the tail of counter weight.
5) The erection person should be tied the safety belt during operating.

五、穿绕钢丝绳 REEVING THE ROPE
固定式或压重式塔机安装到此位置,不再用辅助吊车,此时可以穿绕各种钢
丝绳。
When the crane is installed to the position, there is no need to use the mobile
crane any longer. Now all kinds of wire ropes can be installed accordingly.
1、变幅机构钢丝绳的穿绕方法 Method for rope reeving
1)穿绕方法 Methods(见图 2-5-1 所示)(See Fig. 2-5-1)
a、将变幅绳的后绳一端锁在变幅卷筒 2 上,从下端出绳,经臂架滑轮 6、臂根
滑轮 4 锁在变幅小车 1 上。
Fix the rear trolley rope end onto the trolley drum, wind up the rope from
underneath. through the jib trolley 6、pulley 4 of jib foot lock on the trolley 1.
b、变幅绳的前绳一端锁在变幅卷筒上 2,从下端出绳,经臂架滑轮 7、8、臂端
滑轮 5 锁在变幅小车张紧轮 3 上。
Fix the front trolley rope end onto the trolley drum 2, wind up the rope from
underneath. Through jib pulley 7,8, jib end pulley 5 lock on the tension wheel 3
of trolley.

2)小车断绳止动装置的工作原理
断绳装置包括:一个小车前牵引绳摇臂

如遇小车钢丝绳断绳,此装置即可将行走小车停止在臂架上。

2) WORKING PRINCIPLE OF BROKEN ROPE BRAKING DEVICE
This device comprises: 1 rocker arm (1) for the front trolley rope
1 rocker arm (2) for the rear trolley rope
This device blocks the trolley onto the jib in the case a trolley rope is broken.
When fitting the trolley ropes:
A check for the good working order of the broken rope braking device.
B reeve the rope through the eye of the broken rope braking device.
During the operation of the tower crane, check the rope tension periodically in order
to maintain the broken rope-braking device in the horizontal position.

防断轴装置是由焊接在每个小车架立柱上的弯板 1 组成。
如遇小车轮轴断裂,此装置可将小车止动在臂架下弦上,
防止变幅小车坠落。
The braking device is made up of bending plates 1
which welded on the column of each jib trolley.
This device can stop the jib trolley on the lower
member of jib to avoide falling if the pins of trolley
roller were broken.

小车行走钢丝绳的张力由钢丝绳张紧器(11)来保证。
The tensioning of the trolley ropes is ensured by the rope tensioning drum (11).
――将小车开至起重臂根部变幅机构后面。
Move the trolley on the jib foot in the rear of the trolley winch.
――用存放在小车上的手柄(12),操纵钢丝绳张紧器(11),尽可能
张紧前小车的行走钢丝绳。
Using the lever (12) stored on the trolley, operate the rope tensioning
drum (11) and tighten the front trolley rope to a maximum.
――使小车在起重臂全长上来回行走数次,将张力分布在前后钢丝绳上。
Move the trolley several times forward and backward over the whole jib
length in order to distribute the tension as well as possible in the front
and rear rope.
――必要时调整钢丝绳的张力。
Perfect the tension of the ropes, if necessary.
在拆卸时,使用张紧器上的手柄(12)松开并拆下钢丝绳。
When dismantling, use the lever (12) on the rope tensioning drum in order to slacken
the ropes and to allow them to be removed.

2) 起升钢丝绳的安装
起升钢丝绳通常是缠绕在卷筒上的,塔机易地安装时便于运输,
如遇以下原因,可将钢丝绳拆除。
A 拆塔时发现钢丝绳磨损;
B 钢丝绳长度不符合新的工作高度。
(1)起升钢丝绳的选择
根据塔机的工作高度和使用期限选择钢丝绳的长度
本塔机按标准状态最大起升高度四倍率提供 400m 钢丝绳。二倍率时最大起升高
度为 105m。
当附着起升高度达到最大值时,起升钢丝绳总长 410m(此时臂长为 74m)
注:如用户塔机高度需要某一钢丝绳长度时可与本公司联系。

2) FITTING THE HOIST ROPE
The hoist rope is normally supplied wound up onto the hoist drum to facilitate
transportation when the tower crane is to be moved to another job site except that the
hoist rope must be removed for the following reasons:
A Rope worn out when dismounting the tower crane
B Rope length no long meet the requirement for a new working height .
(1) CHOICE OF HOIST ROPE
The length of the wire rope is to be selected in accordance with the working height
and working life of tower crane.
The max hoisting height of this crane supplied 400m-length rope as 4 falls under the
standard condition. The max hoisting height is 105m as 2 falls.
When the maximum anchorage height is reached, the total length of the hoist rope is
410 m (74m jib)
ATTENTION: If a certain length of wire rope is required, please contact us for
further instruction.

将钢丝绳绕在起升卷筒上时,要求新绳绳辊 1 和卷筒 2 之间保持最大距离。
平衡臂一经安装完毕,就可以自动满足这种条件,用一根牵引绳将钢丝绳尾端提
起,引到平衡臂上。将钢丝绳固定在滑轮并因定在卷筒上的钢丝绳楔套上。进行
相应的电气联接。操纵起升运动,检查钢丝绳子是否整齐地缠绕在卷筒绳槽内。
(2) REEVING THE ROPE ONTO THE HOIST DRUM (SEE FIG. 2-5-6)
This operation must be carried out to obtain the greatest distance between the new
rope reel 1 and the drum 2. This condition is automatically obtained once the
counter-jib is installed. Using a dragline to raise up the rope end and introduce it onto
the counter-jib. Reeve the rope over the pulley and fix it in the rope anchor box of the
drum. Carry out the corresponding electrical connections in order to effect the hoist
movement. Check that the rope winds up perfectly into the drum grooves.

Return to 4-fall equipment, then move the trolley several times
“foreword” and “backward” over the whole jib length and operate
simultaneously “lowering” and “hoisting” in order to distribute twisting
of the rope over its whole length. Make sure that the swivel placed at the
jib nose rotates freely. Then return to 2-fall equipment.

The 2-trolley equipment has been designed for the free standing height of
the crane considered. In case of the use for higher crane heights, the limit is
quickly reached where the balance of the weights involved makes changing the
rope reeving dangerous. If the user demands use the 2-trolley in case of the over
free standing height, please consult us. In this case, the pulley blocks must be
ballasted what leads to downgrading of the characteristics.

1) First of all, install the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump, then jack up the
telescopic cage by using the hydraulic cylinder and pin-connect the telescopic
cage to the under slewing. Install the telescoping yoke and support plates.
2) Fitting the monorails
The monorails are fitted onto the telescoping mast. This operation can be carried out:
z In the air,before telescoping .
z On the ground, before fitting the slewing winch or the connecting mast.

Installation of the monorails is carried out by means of the telescoping hook.
z Fit the plates (1) onto the gussets (3) of the slewing connecting plate by means
of the shafts (2). (Fig. 3-1-1_Detail A)
z Using the telescoping hook (5), pick up the first monorail (6) by the round bar
(7) and lift it until it can be pin-connected to the plates (1) by means of the shaft
(4). (As shown in Fig. 3-1-1B and Fig. 3-1-1C)
z Lock the monorail (6) on the plate (1) by means of the shaft (8). The lock of the
two shafts put the monorail in horizontal position. (As shown in Fig. 3-1-1D)
z Remove the shaft (4), and move the hook (5) forward until the monorail (6) can
be pinned into the gussets (10) by means of the shaft (9). (See Fig. 3-1-1E)
z Turn the plates (1) to the upper part of the monorail (5) and insert in the shaft (4)
as well as the shaft (8). (See Fig.3-1-1F)
z Proceed in the same order for fitting the second monorail. (See Fig. 3-1-1G).

二、顶升平衡
(1) 塔机只能在将小车开到理论平衡位置后,才能进行下述操作。
(2) 将液压泵站操纵杆推到“向上顶升”方向,向上顶升。直到回转支承的支腿
刚刚离开鱼尾板为止。
(3) 检查塔机是否平衡,如不平衡移动变幅小车进行重新调整。
(4) 可通过检验回转支承支腿与鱼尾板是否在一条垂线上,找到变幅小车的准
确平衡位置。
(5) 可将起重臂变幅小车的平衡位置在臂架斜腹杆上系布条作为标记(特别注
意:该标记距离取决起重臂长度,起重臂长度不同小车的平衡位置不同)。

Ⅱ、BALANCING FOR TELESCOPING
(1) The crane can only be operated to accomplish the following movement after the
trolley is droved to the theoretical balancing position.
(2) Operate the lever of the hydraulic pump station in the “hoist-up” direction and
telescope until the feet of the slewing ring just leave the fishplates.
(3) Check that the crane is balanced and readjusts, if required, by moving the jib
trolley.
(4) The exact position can be found by verifying the alignment of the slewing ring
feet with the fishplates.
(5) This balancing position of the jib trolley can be marked on the jib by knotting a
piece of cloth around a diagonal bracing. But remember that this marked distance
depends on the jib length. Different length of jib determines different balancing
position. Consequently the mark should be removable.

1.顶升原理
(1)顶升程序包括一系列操作过程,这些操作过程需重复进行几次。
(2)用顶升横梁上的顶升油缸顶起塔机上车部分。
(3)用顶升套架上的锁靴将顶起的塔机部分固定在塔身顶升耳座上。
(4)从钩上摘下挂靴和横梁组件,并脱离顶升耳座,收回活塞杆,将组件提起。
(5)重新将横梁放到另一对顶升耳座上。
(6)为了获得标准节放进顶升套架所需空间,此顶升操作要重复三遍,顶升开
始阶段活塞杆初行程为 0.7 米。

Ⅲ、TELESCOPING
1. PRINCIPLE
(1) The telescoping sequence comprises a series of operations which should be
repeated for several times.
(2) Lift the crane’s upper part to be telescoped by extraction the jacking cylinder that
rests on the telescoping yoke and the lugs.
(3) Rest the lifted part on the lugs of the mast by means of the cage’s lock shoes.
(4) Unhook the support plate / yoke assembly, keep it away from the lugs, and then
raise it by retracting the piston rod.
(5) Rest the assembly on the next pair of jacking lugs over again.
(6) Repeat the above jacking sequence three times so as to obtain the space required
for the introduction of the mast in the cage. The first stroke of the piston rod at
the beginning period of jacking operation is about 0.7m.

2. 加节
(1) 将引进小车用螺栓与标准节相联,然后放到塔机引进梁下方。
(2) 把起重吊钩换上起吊引进小车的专用吊钩,吊起带有标准节的引进小车,
将其送进引进梁上。如图 3-3-1.
(3) 用户应根据实际情况,严格遵循顶升注意事项来,将小车开到对应臂长平
衡位置,使塔机到实际的平衡后再进行顶升加节。
(4) 拆下回转座与标准节上的销轴,启动油缸控制手柄,油缸将上车部分顶起,
使回转底座的主角钢与标准节上的主角钢微微离开 5-10mm,观察塔机上
部回转支座主角钢是否与下面联接的主角钢在一条直线上,以此校验小车
的平衡位置是否正确。如不符合上述条件,应开动小车以调整平衡位置,
此时不得使塔吊做回转等其它运动。

2.INTRODUCING THE MAST SECTION
(1) Fit the monorail trolley onto a mast section by means of bolts. Place them under
the monorail.
(2) Use the trolley special hook instead of the hoist hook. Sling the trolley with mast
section, and introduce them into the monorail. See the Fig. 3-3-1.
(3) Move the trolley to the theoretical balancing position of the relevant jib length.
The operation must be strictly obeying the telescoping notice. Introducing
the mast section when the crane is actually balanced.
(4) Remove the shaft between the lower slewing and the basic mast. Activate the
control lever of the hydraulic cylinder in order to telescope the upper part of the
crane and make the main angles of slewing base and basic mast slightly apart
about 5-10mm. Never allow the tower crane make slewing operation before
balance is guaranteed. Observe the main angle iron of the upper support of
slewing and undersides connect main angle iron on same beeline, in order to
check the trolley balancing position whether correct. If not get to above
conditions, the balancing position can be adjusted by moving the trolley, the
crane should not do slewing and other action at this time.

(5) 如平衡,继续顶升,顶到一个行程后,用锁靴(联接座)将顶起的部分固

(6) 将挂靴上的安全楔取下,从顶升耳座上取下挂靴,提起油缸使横梁与挂靴
一起升到另一个耳座上,然后把挂靴挂到另一个耳座上,并用安全销按图
示,将其锁好。如图 3-3-4.
(7) 提起操纵杆,使顶升套上的锁靴(联接座)与顶升耳座脱开继续下一个顶
升过程直至顶升的距离能放入一个标准节为止。
(8) 引进标准节,用销轴将标准节与下面的标准节相联,再用套架上的顶升用
安全销轴把引进的标准节与下回转支座相联。直到加最后一节标准节时,
必须用标准的塔身销轴与回转支座相联。如图 3-3-5.

(5) If the crane is balanced, go on telescoping to a full journey. Fix the lifted part
onto the lugs of the mast by means of the cage’s lock shoes .See the Fig. 3-3-3.
(6) Remove the safety wedges on the cage shoes. Keep the cage shoes away from
the lugs. Raise the telescoping yoke and cage shoes to the next lugs by lifting the
cylinder. Then fix them by means of the cage shoes and pin them using the safety
pin. See the Fig. 3-3-4.
(7) Raise the control lever. Keep the cage shoes away from the lugs. Go on
telescoping to the next journey until there is enough space to introduce one mast.
(8) Introduce the mast and connect it to the lower 7.5m basic mast or mast section
using shafts. Connect the mast inserted to the lower slewing base using the
safety shafts for the telescoping of the cage. It is necessary to use the standard
mast shaft to connect the mast with the slewing base. See the Fig. 3-3-5.

3、穿绕电缆 Reeling the cable
顶升操作时,电缆按图 1 所示悬挂,最后一个标准节安装完毕后,按图 2 所
示安装电缆。
打开通道平台的孔盖,放松电缆使其能在电缆网套中滑动,用尼龙扎带将电缆固
定在转动扶梯中部。
在所有情况下均应使用电缆网套悬挂电缆以防止电缆损坏。电缆网套的悬挂
点一端在下回转架上,另一端在回转支承通道平台底部。
The telescoping operation, suspended the cable as fig.1, after mounted the last
mast section, fitting the cable as fig.2.
Open the cover of the platform for the accesses, release the cable and make it
could gliding in the cable net, fixed the cable in the middle of the ladder by nylon
cingulum.
It should be used the cable net to prevent the cable to out of damage in all
circumstances. One side of the suspended point for the cable cover in the lowering
slewing support, the other under the slewing support accesses platform.

mast, it forbidden to increase overlength cable once time.
The inductance would be generating by curving cable and cable twist together. Thereby,
voltage and idle work wastage will be growing; the power factor will be decreased, the
current and voltage drop will be growing, which can occurred some phenomenon such
as: motor generate heat badly, damage the electric appliance component and tripping
operation occurred continually etc.

四、顶升时注意事项
(1)在顶升时严禁移动变幅小车,严禁回转起重臂及用吊钩做起升或下降动作。
(2)风速超过 13m/s,不容许进行顶升。
(3)不同臂节长度时小车的平衡位置不同。理论距离主要与平衡臂配重的实际
重量有关,要使配重重量与平衡臂和起重臂长度相匹配。
(4)在顶升前一定要检查电缆悬挂位置,使其能在电缆扣中滑动,防止顶升过
程中损坏电缆。
(5)顶升完后可以用本吊将套架及其顶升机构落到地面,压重形式和行走形式
时,将套架及顶升组件落到最下面标准节的最下方,并用锁靴(联接座)
锁紧。
(6)加节高度超过塔机的自由高度时,需加附着架时,顶升套架这套装置就不
必取下,仍安装在回转底架上。
(7)无论顶升或下降,必需保证顶升横梁上的挂靴与顶升块用安全楔锁紧,以
免挂靴脱落造成危险。如图 3-3-5 所示。锁靴(联接座)抬起后,必须套
入锁环,防止操纵杆回落,造成危险.
Ⅳ. CAUTIONS FOR TELESCOPING
(1) We strongly recommend that it is strictly forbidden to SLEW the jib, to
MOVE the trolley, to OPERATE the hoist winch (hoisting or lowering)
during telescoping.
(2) If the wind speed exceeds 13m/s, the crane is not allowed to be telescoped.
(3) The balancing position of the trolley is different according to the various length of
the jib. They depend in particular on the actual counter jib ballast weight. Make
sure that this ballast weight corresponds to the counter jib and jib lengths used.
(4) Check the suspension position of the cable before telescoping. Use cable pulling
grips in order to prevent the cable getting damaged during the telescoping.
(5) Put the telescopic cage and telescoping winch on the ground using this crane after
telescoping. If the crane is base ballasting type or traveling type, put the
telescopic cage and telescoping winch to the lowermost part of the lowest 7.5m
basic mast. Fix them by using lock shoes.
(6) Beyond its free height after telescoping, the crane must be fixed using the
anchorages. At this time it isn’t necessary to take the telescopic cage down. Keep
it on the slewing chassis as it is.
(7)It is a must to connect the cage shoes on the yoke to the lugs by means of the
safety wedge to avoid it falling off. See Fig. 3-3-5.After lifting the shoes, it is a
must to fit the locking ring in order to avoid the control lever falling off.

一、 立塔后进行检查 CHECKS TO BE CARRIED OUT AFTER ERECTION
在投入使用前为了保证塔机能在正确的驱动及安全状况下进行工作。必须对塔机
进行各方面的检查。
An overall inspection should be carried out before putting the tower crane into
operation to guarantee the crane working and operating under correct driving system
and safety working situation.

二、折下引进梁
为了不防碍小车在最小半径上运动,必须将引进梁折靠在塔机的一侧。
将引进钩安装到吊钩上换下起重吊钩,取下引进梁支撑板(1)上的销轴 a(φ
25)和 b(φ25)
,将引进梁支撑板折成垂直状态,销上销轴 a。如图 4-2-1。
先钩住第一根引进梁(2)
,卸下销轴 c(φ25)和销轴 d(φ25)。启动小车,向
臂尖方向运行,直至引进梁末端的钩子钩住销轴 b 为止,然后穿上销轴 a。
降下引进钩,使引进梁以销轴 a 为轴折靠于塔身的一侧,松开吊钩。接着重复上
述操作,折下另一只引进梁。
注:当引进梁需全部拆除以便在另一个塔机上使用时,应按如下所述继续上面的
操作:钩住引进梁上的圆钢(3)
,将引进梁提升呈水平状态。卸下销轴 a,再使
小车向外行驶,将第一根引进梁吊放在场地上,用同样方法拆卸下另一根引进梁,
并拆下引进梁支撑板(1)及销轴 a、b、c、d、e 以备再用。
卸下引进钩,装上 12 t / 18t 吊钩。

Ⅱ. FOLD DOWN THE MONORAILS
In order not to hinder the trolley manoeuvring on minimum radius, it is necessary to
fold down the monorails alongside the crane tower.
Equip telescoping hook instead of the hoisting hook. Take off shafts a(φ25)and b
(φ25)of the monorails support plates (1) and fold them down in vertical position ,
pin shaft a as shown in Fig. 4-2-1.
Hook up the first monorail (2), unpin shafts c(φ25)and d(φ25, trolley-out towards
the jib nose until the hook at the end of the monorail hooks with shaft b and then
insert shaft a.
Lower the special hook for telescoping, the monorail folds down alongside the mast
while take the shaft a as its axle, free the hook, and repeat the same operations for the
second monorail.
NOTE:

When the monorails are to be dismounted completely for use on another

tower crane, continue the aforementioned operations as follows:
Hook up the monorail by round (3), raise it in horizontal position, unpin shaft (a),
trolley-out and lower the first monorail to the ground. Proceed in the same way with
the second monorail and remove monorail support plates (1) and shafts a, b, c, d, e
for future re-use.
Take off the special hook for telescoping and equip with the 12t /18t lifting hook.

三、落下顶升套架
(1)利用吊车将顶升横梁及油缸落到底部。
(2)将吊索绕在与油缸附件同水平的顶升套架后梁上。
(3)挑选一只适当长的吊索。
(4)将吊索打紧,但不要太紧。
(5)检查标准节是否紧固,是否与回转支承联接好。
(6)拆下联接顶升套架及回转支承的销轴。
(7)松开安全制动装置。
(8)为了安全地落下顶升架,顶升套架上不许站人,使用标准通道作业。
(9)放松钢丝绳,顶升架靠其自重下落。

Ⅲ、LOWERING THE TELESCOPIC CAGE
(3) Using a mobile crane to lower the telescoping yoke and the cylinder down to
the foot .
(4) Run a sling around the rear beam of the telescopic cage that is at the same level
as the cylinder attachment.
(5) Choose a proper sling.
(6) Tighten the sling but not too much.
(7) Check that the mast sections are bolted together and connected to the slewing
base.
(8) Remove shafts connecting the telescopic cage and the slewing base.
(9) Release the safety-braking device.
(10)In order to carry out the lowering operation safely, no personnel are allowed to
remain on the cage, and using standard access should carry out the operation.
(11)Slacken the rope; the cage must lower by the action of its dead weight.

注意:
在操作中应尽可能的均衡由吊索拉力所产生的侧向力,以防止顶升架沿塔
身下落受到阻碍。液压泵站的重量可维持这一平衡。
每一次通过顶升耳座时都要松开安全制动装置,然后继续落下顶升架,使
其落到基础节上的最低位置,但不要影响塔身通道,将顶升架用锁靴紧固在顶升
耳座上,取下液压泵站,连同油缸及顶升横梁一起在另处保存起来。
当您的塔机投入正常使用以前,请务必将顶升套架降至底部(如图 A)。如有
附着,请将顶升套架降至附着框架位置(如图 B)。
ATTENTION:
During this operation counterbalance as much as possible the lateral forces due to the
sling tension so as to prevent the telescopic cage from getting blocked on the mast .The
weight of the hydraulic pump contributes to this balance.
Release the safety-braking device whenever passing through the lugs and continue
lowering the telescopic cage until it reaches the lowest position on the basic mast
without, however, obstructing the mast access. Rest the telescopic cage on a set of lugs.
Lower down the hydraulic pump and store it away with the cylinder and the
telescoping yoke.
Before the tower crane is put into service, please lower the telescopic cage to the
ground (detail A). For the crane with anchor, please lower the telescopic cage to the
anchor (detail B).

四、安装电源电缆
在顶升中,电源电缆如图 4-4-1a 所示悬挂。当最后一节标准节安装完毕后,将
电源电缆如图 4-4-1b 所示安置。
打开平台上的通道门,松开电缆,使其能在电缆套(C)中滑动,并将该电缆扣
引进通道平台上的开口,销上通道门。
使用夹钳将电缆固定于旋转扶梯中部,为了防止电缆损坏,在所有地方都必须使
用电缆扣,这些电缆扣的连结点一头置于固定塔顶底部,另一头置于回转支承平
台底部。

Ⅳ、FITTING THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY CABLE
During telescoping the supply cable was suspended as shown in Fig. 4-3-1a. After
finishing the fitting of the last mast section, install the supply cable as shown in Fig.
4-3-1b.
Open the passage door on the access platform , slacken the electric cable by sliding it
in the cable pulling grip (C)and introduce the cable sling thus formed into the access

Using a clamp fix the cable in the middle of the turning ladder. In all cases, use cable
pulling grips in order to prevent the supply cable from getting damaged. The fixing
points of these cable pulling grips are located under the fixed upper slewing
mechanism for one end and under the slewing ring platform for the other end.

一、引言
拆塔工作完全可用辅助吊车来进行,在现场条件许可下,可部分的由起升卷扬
机构完成,这时要求暂不拆卸电气装置.
特别注意:
对于所拆卸的部件,如臂架、配重臂等必须遵守规章,以防止当拆开某一
部件时,塔机的其余部分有失去平衡的危险。

Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION
As far as the final stage of dismounting is concerned, this can be carried out entirely
by the auxiliary mobile crane. If site conditions permits, it can be carried out partly by
the hoist winch, which requires the electrical installations keep untouched.
IMPORTANT ADVICE:
For certain parts removed, such as the jib, counter-jib etc., security regulations must
be observed to prevent the other parts of the tower crane from unbalancing while
dismounting some certain part.

二、拆卸前的准备工作
(1)保证没有障碍物妨碍操作。
(2)联结好通往塔顶的爬梯。
(3)将顶升套架升至塔身顶部,并将其四个角销上。
(4)安装顶升套架附件,并注意以下几点:
a. 使油缸全部伸出并将顶升横梁销接于顶升耳座上。
b. 将顶升横梁装在自回转支承起的第五对顶升耳座上.
c. 将引进小车提升到引进梁上并将其固定在要拆掉的标准节上,将臂架
旋至顶升套架开口一侧。

Ⅱ. PREPARING BEFORE DISMOUNTING
(1)Make sure that there is no obstacle hindering the dismounting operations.
(2)Connect the cathead access ladder properly.
(3)Raise the telescopic cage to the top of the mast and pin-connect it at the 4
corners.
(4)Fit the telescoping accessories, considering the following points:
a. Extend the cylinder completely and pin-connect the telescoping yoke to the
lugs.
b. The telescoping yoke will be fitted on the 5th pair of lugs counting from the
cathead onwards.
c. Raise the mast lifting yoke onto the monorails and fix it onto the mast
section to be removed. Slew the jib to the open telescopic cage side.

三、拆塔 Dismounting
1、

降塔:按塔机顶升操作方法,依次将标准节拆下,遇有附着装置可将附着
装置拆下,使塔机处于顶升加节前的安装位置。
Dismounting : Dismount the mast section in turn according to the operate
telescoping methods, can be dismount anchorage device if came across, make
the crane at the erect position before telescoping.

2、

将小车固定在臂根处。
Fix the trolley on the foot of jib.

3、

拆除起升钢丝绳及塔机各电缆线。
Dismount the hoist rope and each cable of crane.

4、

严格按立塔时平衡臂及臂架相反的安装顺序及要求,依次拆除配重、平衡
臂及臂架。
As per counter jib and jib opposite erection sequence during erection strictly,
Dismount the counter jib ballast、counter jib and jib in turn.

5、

拆卸塔头及回转总成。
Dismount cat head and slewing assy.

6、 拆卸顶升套架
Dismount telescoping cage.
7、 拆卸标准节。
Dismount mast section.
8、 拆除压重及底架。
Dismount base ballast and chassis.
当所有零部件拆下后,应妥善保存,拆下后的零部件可在地面进行分解,
以便运输和保管。(以上部件的拆卸方法与安装方法相反)
After dismounted all spare parts, should be kept properly, the dismounted spare
parts can be disassembled on the ground, in order to travel and keep expediently.
(Dismounting method above parts is opposite to the erection method).
