NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: * Delivered double-digit budget reductions for last four consecutive years, with 28% ($2.4M) reduction in 2010, by implementing pre-purchase inventory review, i nventory control, competitive bidding, and predictive maintenance. * Met 50% increase in maintenance responsibilities, while reducing headcount by 35% ($3M) through operations assessment to ensure all activities were value-add, as well as training and tooling enhancements that optimized efficiencies and ma intained/improved quality levels. * Reduced electricity consumption by over one mega watt ($600K) through modifica
