In Charge: Committee Objectives: Focus members on the financial bit of the Family Give thanks to God 40 Family members expected to attend and each member to contribute 10,000/- towards the event In Charge: Reagan Objectives: Encourage the sick Evangelise Share with the sick materially In Charge: Reagan Objectives: Evangelise Offer career guidance to the children Play with the children Talk to the children about their sexuality In Charge: Mulindwa Objectives: Share the gospel of Christ In Charge: Mulindwa, Kalongo and Kadonganya Objectives: Offer career guidance Role modeling Fun Encourage the children In Charge: Chairman (Mwase) Objectives: Election of new committee General communication Tentative venue is Kampala Baptist church. In Charge: Mwase Objectives: Bond with CICH and engage them Give CICH a hand in their work with community In Charge: Atto, Mulindwa and Lillian Objectives: Fun Bonding Networking In Charge: Benon and Kalongo Objectives: Appreciating Nile Baptist Church for the good work they did in us All Family member will be expected to participate in this one In Charge: Committee Objectives: To be set by committee Venue to be communicated
Please pray for the Family that as we plan for these activities lives will be changed and we shall continue to groom each other. A Family welfare fund of at least 10,000/- is expected from each member before the end of February. This money is what the Family will use to keep the Family running and also to subsidise on costs where members have to contribute towards something. The treasurer Joshua Busiinge will be receiving this money. The people in charge of the different activities are without fail expected to communicate details about a particular event at least 3 weeks before the event. Time keeping for each of these events if of the essence if we are to have all these activities take place as planned. Fines will be levied on perpetual late comers.
