Anyone (MILITARY or CIVILIAN HOMEOWNER or RENTERS) effected by the recent Tornado’s on Saturday April 16th, 2011 you are eligible to apply for FEMA Disaster Assistance To apply call 1‐800‐621‐3362 or TTY (800) 462‐7585, also Visit their website at www.FEMA.gov/assistance
• • Information you will be required to give upon request will be the full name of person requesting service, SSN of each person in the household, total gross household income. During your initial registration process you will receive a 9 digit registration number that you MUST keep, as this number will identify you and your request for assistance. This number is specific to your case and your case alone. You will need to have this series of numbers available for any future communications pertaining to this request for assistance. Also you will need the disaster number of 1969 which has been assigned for this disaster area specifically.
