Application recommendations Whilst each application is an individual expression of motivation to consider Ferrari as a potential employer and testimony to your personal and academic achievements, there are a few key ingredients that will make your application most relevant for Ferrari to evaluate. And therefore more likely to be successful.
Thank you to follow these recommendations. Please send ONE SINGLE DOCUMENT (Word or PDF) including: - your detailed CV including academic results, internships/projects and experience outside your country of origin - your personal motivation (maximum 25 lines) including: o a brief self-description (5 lines) o your interests/hobbies/extra-curricular activities or achievements o the role you ambition over the next 3-5 years o your specific interest in Ferrari, and on working in Italy Following a first review based on the above criteria, selected candidates will be further assessed (2 different online-tests, video-interview) before we invite chosen finalists to the Ferrari Assessment Centre in Maranello (in early 2014). Applications to the Ferrari Graduate Program will close November 24th 2013 for a starting date in March 2014.
