PACKING & COVERAGE FAIRTOP is supplied in 25 kg. Lined HDPE Bags. For light duty sprinkle 3 kg/m² and for heavy duty sprinkle 7 kg/m². However the optimum sprinkling rate is 5 kg/m².

USES FAIRTOP SUPER Meets Heavy duty industrial flooring norms, and is Ideal for Engineering Industries where heavy traffic movement is envisaged.
DESCRIPTION FAIRTOP SUPER is ready to use factory controlled dry shake cementitious system blended with special aggregates selected for high abrasion and wear resistance and additives. FAIRTOP SUPER is used to obtain a dense, tough, abrasion resistant industrial floor with non dusty and nonslip characteristics. (Where an extremely heavy duty floor is required, we recommend 12mm thick FAIRTOP HD a ready to use monolithic floor hardener. A separate data sheet is available on this product). DESCRIPTION FAIRTOP METALLIC is a screed able, iron aggregate cementitious system which is designed to provide a thin, high strength topping for repairing surfaces subjected to heavy traffic and abrasion. It is formulated for application at thickness of 8 to 10mm for single layer. The thickness can be increased to 15 - 20mm by applying second layer on the cement slurry. (Ensure the bond between top and bottom layer with cement slurry). Thin high strength topping can be placed where application of metallic aggregates is not practical or does not require heavy duty protection of thick metallic toppings. USES FAIRTOP METALLIC can be used for application to new concrete floor or for repairs to existing floors, which have been damaged or excessively worn.
PACKING & COVERAGE FAIRTOP SUPER is supplied in 25 kg. lined HDPE Bags having a sprinkling rate of 7kg/m².

DESCRIPTION FAIRTOP HD is a non-metallic, factory controlled, two part powder and liquid material, pre-blended cementitious integral floor hardener containing non metallic, non-oxidizing chemically inner aggregates having high degree of wear and abrasion resistance. FAIRTOP HD is laid as 12 mm thick topping on fresh concrete (monolithic construction) or as a topping on existing concrete floors (separate construction).
USES FAIRTOP HD is suitable for use on heavy duty industrial floor where floors are subjected to heavy wear and abrasion. Also used in Loading bays, Factories, Warehouse, Car Park, Trucking Lanes, Workshops, Garages, Subways, Power Stations & Abattoirs. PACKING & COVERAGE FAIRTOP HD is available in 40 kg Powder and 4 liter liquid having coverage of 1-1.2m²@12mm thickness per 25kg. The coverage depends upon the substrate.

FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for warehouses and industrial floors when strength and durability are of high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is available in 18 kg plastic bag. 18 kg bag will give coverage of 1.8 kg/mm/m² at 1mm thickness. CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR It is a ready to use, cementitious fast setting mortar for repairing of concrete and plaster surfaces which requires only site addition of water to produce a mortar consistency, non - shrink repair micro concrete. Coverage: 1.8 kg/m² at 1mm thickness. CEMSCREED FAIRING COAT A single component acrylic polymer modified repair mortar for use as a “Fairing Coat”. It can be applied to fill in pores, blowholes and blemishes on a concrete surface. Specially formulated to produce a shrinkage compensating mortar with no cracking when applied in a thin section. Attains compressive strength of 40 N/mm² at 28 days. It produce uniform surface over repaired area. FAIRCURE C Ready to use, economical concrete curing compound. Becomes an integral part of concrete surface & assists the curing process by preventing water evaporation & does not form film. Reduces possibility of shrinkage cracks. Coverage : 5-6 m² per Ltr. FAIRSEAL P Pourable consistency, two part polysulphide sealant, easy to apply, excellent adhesion and weather characteristics. Resistance to common solvents, mild acids and alkalies. Standards : BS - 4254:1983. FLOORSEAL PS It is a specially formulated modified solvent free epoxy resin, which has excellent flexibility and very good adhesion to concrete. It has a particular advantage of bonding firmly to damp surfaces. It has a very low viscosity to aid application. Coverage : 2 to 3m² per 1 kg of 15mm width and 10mm thickness.
