MUMBAI:  The  time  to  celebrate  is  near  and  Cadbury  adds  to  the  sweetness  with  its
new avatar of Cadbury Celebration packs.
Launched  in  1992,  Cadbury  Celebrations  has  successfully  replaced  traditional  gifting
options  like  Mithai  and  dry­  fruits  during  festive  seasons.  It  was  for  the  first  time
that a chocolate confectionery company developed such a product. Cadbury launched
Cadbury  Celebrations  to  cater  to  the  Indian  taste  bud,  something  it  has  not  done
anywhere  else  in  the  world.  The  packaging  has  been  aptly  designed  to  give  it  a
festive feeling.
A  Consumer  research  the  company  conducted  revealed  that  consumers  have  slowly
moved  on  from  traditional  to  youthful  and  contemporary  gifts,  which  is  what
chocolates  are  all  about,  the  company  says.  Research  showed  that  chocolates  are
both  acceptable  and  universally  liked.  Cadbury  Celebrations  is  targeted  at
consumers interested in gifting and belonging to SEC A and B.
For  all  you  dark  chocolate  lovers,  Cadbury  brings  to  you  its  newest  offering  this
Diwali ­ the Bournville Gift Pack.
Cadbury  Celebrations  is  available  in  several  assortments:  An  assortment  of
chocolates  like  5  Star,  Perk,  Gems  and  Dairy  Milk  and  rich  dry  fruits  enrobed  in
Cadbury  dairy  milk  chocolate.  The  super  premium  Celebrations  Rich  Dry  Fruit
Collection  which  is  a  festive  offering  is  an  exotic  range  of  chocolate  covered  dry
fruits  and  nuts  in  various  flavours  and  the  premium  dark  chocolate  range  which  is
exotic dark chocolate in luscious flavours.
The  Cadbury  Celebrations  range  is  priced  between  Rs  75  &  Rs.  600  and  will  be
available in all premium retail outlets across major towns in India.
