§ It is being developed and implemented by Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Limited (GIFTCL), a Joint Venture Company:
§ GoG through Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited (GUDC) and § Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd. (IL&FS)

§ Project to be implemented on a Public Private Partnership format
