Feedback is an essential part of effective performance. It helps individuals understand the organization’s goals and gives them clear guidance on how to improve or better their performance. Performance feedback is more strongly and consistently related to achievement than any other performance indicator. Giving feedback and keeping it consistent should be regardless of the level of performance. Feedback is not only for them who do not meet the standards but for everyone whether they or do not. Feedback improves an individual’s confidence, self-awareness and enthusiasm for performance. Effective feedback mechanism during the probation and the first year can aid the transition to higher levels of performance and may support employee retention. Individuals who engage with feedback enhance learning and improve their overall performance. Feedback as effective communication is a mutual process between employers and employees. It affirms the pulse of the organization. In most organizations employee feedback is a scientific process. It is done at various levels, before implementing a new policy or announcing changes. Many consider employee feedback as a diagnosis of an organization.Communication Skills Presentation Skills Facilitating Skills Interviewing Skills Selling Skills Meeting Management Skills Influence / Persuasion Skills Team Work Skills Management Skills Leadership Skills Skills In Dealing With Difficult Personalities Skills In Dealing With Difficult Situations Ability To Think / Communicate On Your Feet (Under Pressure) Networking Skills Interpersonal Relationship Skills Negotiation Skills Mentoring / Coaching Skills Organizing Skills Self-Promotion Skills Savvy In Handling Office Politics
