The lists of things for Good email writing practice: 1. The emails that were written in plain English that has main point easy to find, written the way the people talk and has good layout. 2. The emails that follow commonsense rules, easy to read, attract me in the first place. 3. The emails written using: a. common words b. Contractions c. Pronouns d. active voice e. proper tone 4. The emails those look inviting using headings, indented lists, and other techniques of good layout. 5. The emails that make the main point easy to find. That way I can’t miss the main point. 6.
