The Graduate Program is specifically designed for engineering teams and delivered within an engineering context. It is delivered over two years and contains a number of unique elements including:

A management overview session for managers, HR managers and supervisors of graduate to ensure they are fully informed about the objectives of the program.
The Business Improvement Project ensures that graduates integrate all they have learned throughout the program with a project that gets them thinking about the business.

Mentoring half-day workshop for the mentors of graduates to provide tools and techniques for effective mentoring along with providing clear guidance on the difference to supervision or coaching. There is also a half day workshop for mentees to enable them to gain the most from this important relationship. Assignment of pre-work for many of the workshop sessions that requires graduates to come prepared so that the maximum can be extracted from the time with our expert facilitators. Expert facilitators experienced at working with engineering teams including a lead facilitator who works with the group at regular intervals across the two years. Reporting for organisations on how the cohort is embracing the program and their interaction with online resources.

It covers the two-way commitment required from the parties to ensure a sustained and beneficial relationship. Cuts through the financial jargon to provide unique models for understanding how non financial variables impact upon financial performance. It also provides insights into the financial dynamics of the business and the productivity-quality-profit link.
Understanding Self & Others
