The Girl Scouts started here in the United States by our founder, Juliette
Gordan Low on March 12, 1912. Also known as “Daisy”, she loved to go
on adventures, make things, have fun, help people, and take care of
animals.

Our goal is to give our girls the opportunity to learn five life skills. These
include goal setting, people skills, money management, business ethics,
and decision making.
