GUIDELINES
Any Individual learning under MASFA Coach can apply for belt test
1. Individual forms dually filled by applicant and Group form dually filled by Coach
i. Two (2) recent Photographs
ii. b) Attested copy of Age Proof &
iii. c) Copy of Payment Receipt of M.A.S.F.A share of fee in Indian Bank
2. *M.A.S.F.A does not accept any Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft directly.

NOTE
1. This Circular regulates the issue of Martial Arts Sports Fitness Association (M.A.S.F.A) Identity Card,

2. Here in after called M.A.S.F.A ID Card, is a mandatory document To be procured by every athlete Associated
directly or indirectly to M.A.S.F.A
3. The issue of ID card is the sole prerogative of Martial Arts Sports Fitness Association (M.A.S.F.A). The
M.A.S.F.A is the sole authority to issue any guidelines relating to M.A.S.F.A ID Card.
4. The person holding M.A.S.F.A ID card is eligible to participate in the respective activities conducted by
M.A.S.F.A or under the aegis of M.A.S.F.A as per rules and regulations framed for the activity concerned.

5. M.A.S.F.A is committed for timely delivery of ID Card within one Month of its receipt by the SA.
6. TYPES OF ID CARDS
There are two types of ID cards issued by M.A.S.F.A at present:
1. Colour Belt
2. Black Belt
SR (STATE REFREE)
NR (NATIONAL REFREE)

COLOUR BELT- ID CARD

Colour Belt ID Card is issued to the athlete on his
enrolment with M.A.S.F.A. This card remains valid till the athlete qualifies to be a black belt.
M.A.S.F.A ID Card makes the holder eligible for participation in All martial arts activities under the
aegis and banner of M.A.S.F.A in accordance with rules and regulations published by M.A.S.F.A from
time to time in the form of Circulars.

7. M.A.S.F.A Treasurer will check M.A.S.F.A bank account and settle the process

9. BLACK BELT-IDENTITY CARD
Black Belt ID Card is issued to the athletes by M.A.S.F.A on his passing the DAN promotion
conducted by M.A.S.F.A
