to set a static address
netsh interface ip set address "Local Area Connection" static 192.168.0.10 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.1 1

to set it to DHCP
netsh interface ip set address "Local Area Connection" dhcp

It’s a great command to have a link to on the desktop if you frequently move between static & DHCP networks etc. I used to use it a lot when i was configuring firewalls and needed to quickly switch my machine between outside & inside subnets. Hope that helps!
