First of all, if I were you, I would definitely check my whole AV setup to see if all necessary codecs and DS filters are installed. tsMuxeR can definitely demux vc-1 streams. Is this about demuxing m2ts or evo files?

I've tried with "the island" and "the bourne ultimatum" (respectively m2ts and evo) with no success....... and with transformers (EVO), I just managed to make a MKV which was as big as the original evo files, with 1-2 fps and no sound at all........... and with both the movie with evo files, I can't get any subtitles, although they exist as I could watch these movies with subs in PowerDVD..... it seems I'm definitely cursed..........lol
