How to create Signature in Lotus Notes
Click More -> Preference..
Trong Tab Mail -> Signature… Chon Automatically append a signature to the bottom of my outgoing mail
messaging & chon Use Standard 3M Signature.
Edit cac thong tin can thiet nhu:

Title….
….
Sau do click chon OK -> OK.
