[01] CHEF DE PARTIE (STAFF CANTEEN)
At least two years’ experience in a similar role in a Five Star Hotel
Able to work with employees with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of Asian and Western Cuisine
Positive “can do” attitude
[01] CHINESE SOUS CHEF
At least two years’ experience in a similar role in a Five Star Hotel
Must specialize in Chinese cuisine and must know how to make Dim Sum
Preferably of Malaysian or Singaporean Origin
Able to work with employees with diverse cultural backgrounds.
