4 There should be a stronger identification with the organization and increased involvement in work 5 There should be more and more creative ideas coming fro e/e’s with an increase in innovativeness at various levels 6 The top mgt should become more sensitive to the problems and processes due to increased openness in communications

7 People feel motivated to work and contribute as these are recognized ad rewarded whenever possible by the top management 8 Employees become more prepared to face any challenge crisis situation the org faces as they have competencies to handle the same
