What is Automation???
AUTOMATION is basically delegation of human control function to technical equipment :
to increase production to reduce cost to reduce manpower to improve safety working conditions to reduce power consumption to improve quality

How can it be done???
There are many systems made for the automation process some of them are…
Programmable Logic Controller Electronic Control using Logic Gates Hard wired logic Control Pneumatic Control Manual Control

WHAT IS SCADA?
SCADA stands for Supervisory
Control
And Data Acquisition.
SCADA refers to a system that collects data from various sensors at a factory, plant or in other remote locations and then sends this data to a central computer which then manages and controls the data.

Industrial Automation Components …
According to SCADA there are three basic component:
Field Instruments(Sensors)
SENSORS are basically TRANSDUCERS. Examples: n RTD’s n Pressure Transducer n Humidity Detector n Level Detector
