In 2014 to finish what you start… you must work really hard and lead from the heart… There are 5 key principles that will get us there… follow them early…there’s no time to spare!

Key number four…you must adapt to change… refresh- re group and rearrange!
Key number 5 … give the report… disclose all of the data …don’t sell yourself short!

The systems you build…will get you to the end…These 5 key steps I highly recommend …
Why is this so important…you dare to ask…to finish what you start is quite a task!
Its easy to start and come up with a plan… folks fail to finish since time began!!!
Great intentions they have on New Years Day…by Jan 2nd they’ve gone away!
Little by little we slip back into the hole…of our same old ways and not following our goals!
This is NOT you…I dare to say…It’s not me either … Starting Today!

Hawaii is the goal, Hard work gets you there Qualifications aren’t easy but doable and fair!
Start early work hard, focus and plan So you can put your toes in the water and you’re a** in the sand!
For all of us here things are looking up and like a Volcano We’re about to Erupt!
This team can grow Team if you dare, big from the East Let’s raise our cup to the West And in 2014 But before that can Let’s Turn it up! happen we must do Our best!

Our 2014 Goal for New Accounts is 300. As of Week 4 we have 11. We need 289 new accounts to reach our goal. If we open 6 accounts per week for the nest 48 weeks we will hit our target. The Raleigh Region is currently #2 In the State for New Accounts
New Team Members:
Our 2014 Goal for New Team Members is 150. As of Week 4 we have 4 new team members. We need 146 more to reach out goal. If we bring aboard 3 new members per week for the next 48 weeks we will hit our target.
AP (Gross Production)
Our 2014 Goal for AP is $7,000,000. As of week 4 we have $229,667. We need $6,770,333 to reach our goal. If we write $$141,048.60 per week for the next 48 week we will hit our target.
