Programmer Job Responsibilities
Lead software projects Find software solutions for
internal staff development needs Analyze user needs;
determining requirements. Conduct design research to
resolve problems in relation to business processes
Recommend process improvements Develop,
implement and maintain software solutions to meet
business requirements Provide technical support,
advice, and consultation concerning the issues relating
to supported applications Create test data, performing
unit testing Create and maintain documentation for
programs Assure quality, security and compliance for

Qualifications
6+ years experience in application development in a
Windows environment using the dotNet Framework,
including fluency in version 4.0 or above Fluency in C#

Qualifications
3-5 years Microsoft development experience

+ 7, ADO, XML and XSL
C# is critical. Must be able to create C# based
extension to CRM. User Interface Experience is
required.
2+ years of JavaScript experience, strong
understanding of JavaScript
2+ years of Microsoft Reporting Server experience
Solid understanding of creating reports with the SSRS
2+ years of Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM

optimally for Mobile and Websites and their users.
Understanding brand marketing guidelines and best
practices in order to create designs that are on
strategy and reflect brand’s personality
Design and create website banners and landing pages
and manage edits as needed
Develop and update a schedule of graphical
components and assets for online and offline media
(Digital: Banners, Email, Mobile and other Online

Capture and store screenshots of creative assets
