Senior IT and SAP Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Gibson Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Gibson Guitar Corp), the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments and professional audio equipment, is seeking a Senior IT and SAP
Manager. The IT Manager will guide the organizations to navigate the always-changing labyrinth that is modern technology and to deliver short and long-term visions for the
company’s technology needs and goals. IT Manager must have the technical ability to execute the various jobs of their team to insure constant connection for enterprise. The
IT Manager reports to the F&A Controller. The IT Manager manages the IT support services via Gibson Brands, Inc. IT team.
Primary Position Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into IT solutions in order to specify the IT projects and services.
Analyze business processes and formulate proposal for IT solutions and accompanying frames and work methods.
Support projects and programs in order to guarantee an effective development and implementation of the chosen IT solutions, including testing, training and set up of the
service level agreement.
Advise business and IT management through mapping the user requirements on the existing IT possibilities for improvement of functionality in the assigned application
area.
Analyze problems in operations and make sure they are solved within the requirements of the service level agreement and to the satisfaction of the users.
Develop and provide required user training for implemented applications.
Implement SAP for Supply Chain Management which includes downstream planning, order desk, Warehouse & Distribution and harmonization of SCM processes across
the Sales Organization (SO) using standardized IT service.
Ensure security of the company’s IT systems is well-established and necessary upgrading of IT is addressed.
Manage the IT support from Gibson Brands, Inc. IT team.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in IT related discipline
At least 10 years relevant working experience in multinational company
Experienced on a complete application area and related IT solution

Minimum of 4 years of Systems/Business analysis or consultancy experience
At least 4 years of experience in SD module (including SD, MM,PP)
Technical knowledge and understanding in one or more modules in SAP (SCM) and EDI
Experience in conducting UAT, training, data conversion and preparing user manuals
Sound knowledge on newest IT technology
Strong analytical skills, customer oriented, and initiative
Good communication skills
