Vilu Reef Beach & Spa Resort is sprawled across the entire expanse of Meedhuffushi
Island in South Nilandhe Atoll, 145km south of Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. The
island is reached by a 35 minute picturesque journey by seaplane.
We are currently looking for passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and qualified young
individuals to fill the following positions.
JOB VACANCIES
Boat Crew (Locals/Expats)
Requirements:
- Assist Boat captain in daily marine operation
- Ensure safety and security of the passengers while on board
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Prepared to work long hours and in varied shifts
- Experience in the same filed will be an additional advantage
Waiters (Maldivians Only)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. School Leavers will be considered for trainee
positions
- Outgoing, friendly and cheerful personality
- Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
- Fluency in English
Villa Attendants (Maldivians Only)
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a similar position
Ability to read, listen, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and
in writing
Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results
Excellent team player
Ability to work under pressure
Bartender
Requirements:
-
At least 02 years of experience as a Bartender in a Five star Resort / Hotel
Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
Full knowledge of the operations of bar procedures, set up and services
Must be ready to work in different shifts
Very good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
Very good knowledge of international beverage and cocktail list
Candidate must be highly motivated, positively energetic and self-disciplined
Benefits:

- 30 days annual leave
