The Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is a rigorous, challenging rotational program designed for college graduates with a passion for a career in I/T. ITLDP provides development in a variety of areas such as technology, project management, and business analysis through on the job experience and a comprehensive training curriculum. Rotations exist within the Johnson & Johnson USbased Family of Companies and at Worldwide Headquarters. Program Components The ITLDP is a program consisting of two rotations, which exist primarily in NJ and PA (other US locations may also be available). Each program participant will complete a comprehensive training curriculum, which will include on the job, virtual, and in classroom training. Topics will focus on both job-specific and professional development areas. Each associate will be assigned a mentor to provide support throughout the program. Associates will have the opportunity to participate in and/or lead projects which address real business needs. They will be able to enhance technical, business and professional skills while working in highly decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations. Position Responsibilities The ITLDP Associate Analyst performs basic analysis, design, implementation and maintenance activities in information technology under direct supervision. They assist in conducting feasibility studies as well as preparing reports and recording progress; and assist in the creation of solutions to information technology problems. They provide written and verbal communications such as status reports, progress reports and documentation toInformation Technology and business partners. They demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables. They consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors in the performance of daily work. They apply principles, concepts and practices of the information technology Competency Model. They ensure that Johnson & Johnson and affiliated company's assets are appropriately identified and valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies. They also ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all information technology plans and actions.

Qualifications
The successful ITLDP candidate must be authorized to work permanently in the United States. They must also possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) which is reflective of all college coursework. GPA will be verified at both the time of interview and at hire. Candidate must have a willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States. Candidate must complete their most recent degree (either Bachelors or Masters) in the Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 semesters. This degree must be conferred between June 2013 and June 2014, therefore candidates with more than 1 year between their most recent graduation and the start of the ITLDP program will not be considered. Candidates with more than one full year of full-time work experience will also not be considered (this does not include internships and/or co-ops completed while in school). Candidates with work experience as an Intern/Co-op in Information Technology or related fields are preferred, especially if those roles were completed at Johnson & Johnson or one of our operating companies. Top candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills, business acumen and technical skills, excellent oral and written

communication skills, analytics and problem solving skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and the willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment. A passion for a career in the information technology space is also a must.
