Responsibilities:
Able to carry out tasks delegated by team leader independently and proactively;
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task;
Demonstrate proficiency in writing basic documents required in the agency business (e.g. emails,
summaries, minutes, media releases, pitch notes);
Able to analyze and evaluate reports from social media tools to derive key insights;
Timely delivery of quality client reports (e.g. monitoring, WIPs);
Research influencers, journalists and media to help build and maintain the agency’s databases and
profiles.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Communications, Journalism,
Business, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Public Relation, Business Consultation & Public Affairs in an agency
and/or within applicable industry specialized in Auto, B2B, , healthcare, FMCG and public services.
Interest in social & digital media, experiences in Weibo and Wechat are preferred
Great attention to details, dedicated, responsible and can work under pressure
Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure and work
independently in a short time.
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
Proficient in MS office operation, including Excel, Word, PPT.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
