Hi Uri!
Sorry, I haven´t written for months, but I´ve been busy.
I write you for tell you about university, lately its services aren´t good as before
because it doesn´t have many things that others universities do it, for example
classroom well equipped, internet free though we have is slow and others things.
Unfortunately our university doesn´t have sufficient resources, as for improve these
services, but it is nice to study here, I like our university.
We are in contact.

Dear Sir:
The reason to write to you is because the services is not good for the students as
the process are long for example the enrollment, the access to the university, etc.
these process could be faster and easier.
Furthermore the equipment is not sufficient to some groups and some classroom
are not good equipped because there are not enough seats or chairs, too the
service of the internet fails too much and websites necessary to students are not
available for example SAIIUT and virtual classroom.
