I decided to write in and ask some questions, since I can not seem to find answers anywhere. My question is very unique, see I am single and I am looking for a husband in the lifestyle, would I have a good chance of meeting someone interested in the same things I am? Yes it may be scary to you to think about so don’t. Ask yourself, if you should you be trying to change her, when you knew going in to this relationship what she had done? I would take it with a grain of salt, and enjoy that she could be your teacher and show you the ropes. If this is a major issue with you, then I’ll bet that there are problems later on. I’d consider ending it before it got to serious (soon!) if you are uneasy about her past. I am not one for breaking people up, but you need to resolve this or end it.

Dress at on-premise events tends to be a bit more casual, since nudity is a common outcome of the evening for many. As always, you should dress to impress. It’s better to dress up than down. Make sure to check with your local club, as they usually provide towels and robes. If not, It’s a good idea to bring a robe or kimono so you don’t have to put all your clothes back on after getting undressed. It’s also good to avoid small or expensive jewelry that might get lost. Obesity Is The Most Important Health Issue Facing The United States

Do you remember when you were younger and could eat anything you wanted and not gain weight? Now, due to our nutritionally bankrupt foods that keep us constantly hungry and craving and environmental toxins (“obesogens”) that stimulate fat storage, the odds are good that you’re overweight or obese and your weight is increasing each year. Obesity is now the most important health issue facing the United States. More than one-third of adults and 17 percent of children and adolescents are obese and these numbers are rising rapidly, according to The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). A recent consumer survey showed that 55 percent of us are actively trying to lose weight. The most dangerous form of body fat is called visceral fat and it is located inside your abdomen. It raises the risk of serious adverse health effects and chronic diseases including Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Cancers and others. The location of fat is either under the skin, or subcutaneous, or inside the abdomen, or visceral. Subcutaneous fat accumulates primarily in the lower body, often producing a “pear shape” more frequently seen in women. Visceral fat is within your belly (not the fat hanging over your belt) and is associated with the “apple shape” observed more often in men. Visceral fat typically makes up a relatively small proportion of total body fat but it has serious implications on our health because it lays right on top of the liver, kidneys, pancreas and other organs that are necessary for maintaining our health. Body fat is considered an endocrine organ because it is metabolically active, is targeted by hormones and secretes hormone-like proteins and other potent chemicals that have adverse effects. Visceral fat is especially harmful because it is metabolically very active, causing inflammation within the body and activating cellular pathways that are implicated in diseases. Visceral fat is also associated with insulin resistance, which is a primary factor in Type 2 Diabetes and other obesity-related conditions. Visceral fat accumulation in the liver is a precursor to Cirrhosis and even liver Cancer. The cumulative effects result in glucose impairment, increased triglycerides, altered lipoprotein balance

I wanted to write in to you folks and commend you on a great magazine. I own a Barber shop and the wife and I have been swinging for many years. Vanilla cruise versus lifestyle cruise
We have cruised 19 times on 12 different ships using 8 different cruise lines and we have always felt that the best all around service, price, and accommodations were on the Royal Caribbean fleet of ships. Although we have done a small ship specialty cruise on the Windstar line (159 cabins) and we felt that was an exceptional personalized experience but it was clearly at luxury pricing. We love to cruise, but there are a couple elements that we would always have to make allowances for that were somewhat of a distraction to our vacation. On the mainstream cruise lines, there are always lots of kids and seniors. The kids are not always well behaved and the seniors often moved very slowly or were in wheelchairs. We love our kids and grandparents but we prefer to vacation without them. We found that the answer to this issue is to go on a clothing optional cruise for adult couples only.

What to Expect on a lifestyle cruise
Arrival and embarkation is done at one of the major ports of call mostly in Florida for cruising further south into the warm Caribbean islands or Mexico. The Freedom for example is at port Canaveral, 25 minutes east of Orlando airport. The easiest port is Tampa, where the Jewel sails from, it is only 10 minutes from the airport. In both cases there are usually several hotels that are taken over for a day or two before the cruise; parties and “meet and greets” are organized there as well. too long ago where one couple in particular would often make comments about other couples that we both knew. Unfortunately, what they said did seep in and we found ourselves thinking of this other couple this way. Over time and hearing other comments said, what we came to realize was that the couple who was making the comments was trying to make other couples look bad, and themselves look good, because they wanted to be with us and it was obvious we were interested in these other couples. The third aspect of discretion is protecting your own privacy. It is a good idea to limit how much information you give about yourselves, until you really know who you are dealing with. There are many people, especially online, who have ulterior motives. Do not give out your home address, phone number, or last name to anyone you have not met in person and with whom you do not feel comfortable. Do not tell people where you work unless you want them calling you there. While most people in the lifestyle understand discretionary lines, not all do. It is best to make sure that any means that someone has to contact you is a private means to which only you and your partner have access.

While some do choose to be open about their lifestyle choice, most feel it is important to keep their lifestyle private. Be careful who you confide to about your lifestyle choice. While some friends or family may be accepting of it, others may not be and you may find that you not only lose a friend but that they may choose to tell others. Some people are very turned off by personal terms of affection or endearment from someone that they do not feel personally close to. In some parts of the country it is completely normal to refer to a stranger as “darling”, “sweetie” or “babe”. While some folks think nothing of signing an email with things like “XOXO” or “Love Ya”, or starting an email with “Hey Sexy” or “Baby”, others are very turned off by these terms when used by people that they do not know. It is best to avoid these types of terms rather than risk turning someone off because of a word that to you meant nothing. When you first meet people it is normal to want to make small talk and very often we tend to try to do so in the same way that we do in the vanilla world. It is important, however, to remember that some questions that are ok in the vanilla world may be considered too personal in the swinging world. When it comes to swinging, most information is “need to know”.

Unless you plan on showing up at their job site, which you shouldn’t be doing, you don’t need to know. Instead, just ask them what they do. There is really no need to even be discussing kids when you are meeting other swingers. Many people have them, but typically when they are out swinging that is the last thing they want to be reminded of. And if someone starts getting too personal, just let them know that info is more than you want to share. There are some questions that should be avoided altogether, such as: What’s your last name? What religion are you? Do you go to church? What is your political affiliation? Who are you going to vote for? Do you know so and so? The first and last question fall under the category of simple discretion. They don’t need your last name unless you want to give it, and you don’t need theirs. Small talk is the heart of getting to know new people and of establishing a common bond. The bulk of your discussion is going to revolve around why you are there. A great way to break the ice is to ask about the place where you are. If you are at a club, ask them if they’ve been there before and how often. Ask them what other clubs they may have visited and what they thought. Instead of focusing on “personal”

questions, it is ok to actually get what most would consider much more personal. Instead of making small talk about each other’s personal lives, talk about why you are there, what you are into sexually, and what you hope to get out of swinging. Asking a couple how long they have been together, if they are married, and how long they have been married are not only good questions but are questions that will give you a great deal of insight into the couple you are dealing with and whether or not they are in fact a real committed couple that you would feel comfortable playing with.

Welcome to the desert and Arizona Lifestyles, the longest running association of people in the Swingers Lifestyle in Arizona. Since 2004 they have been hosting Meet & Greets and select events and parties for sophisticated swingers in this state since January of that year. Arizona Lifestyles is not an on premise swing club. Quality swing clubs were prosecuted out of existence in this state back in 2003. So, like-minded people have had to resort to more creative means to meet, mingle and more. That’s where Arizona Lifestyles has stepped in to fill the void as best anyone can. Our meet & greets and events are designed for everyone in search of “That Place”. People can sit back in relaxed atmospheres and have an intimate sexy conversation with current and potential playmates without all of the noise and distraction common with many such events. Then possibly take things to the next level somewhere nearby. The regular meet and greet is held every third Saturday of each month at the world class Terroir Wine Pub in Scottsdale from 7PM to??? It’s such a sought after event people have come from all over the world just to attend this cozy assembly of one hundred plus sexy people dressed in their hottest party clothes.

It’s so popular that there is a link on the Arizona Lifestyles Web site (http://arizonalifestyles.org) to hotels near the Pub in a variety of prices to fit anyone’s budget. Terroir has wine by the glass as well as full bottles at more than reasonable prices along with a great selection of beers and appetizers. They do not sell spirits or have a full food menu but more than make that up in quality products and services. This and other events are always advertised on SLS. com well in advance and as it has been since day one there is never a cover charge at the Terroir event. If there is going to be any charge for any event you’ll know well before you register. Parties will always be by invitation only from whoever is hosting the party. The Social Club Gives Back to Their Community
Swingers Donate To The Humane Society And Homeless
On February 4th 2012, The Social Club, Nashville TN, hosted an Official SLS Event to benefit The Humane Society as well as the Second Harvest Food Bank. These local swingers pulled it together and donated $240 to the Humane Society and ended up with over 400 lbs of food for the Second Harvest Food Bank. This was a large party and meet and greet that brought in over 500 people. This was one of the largest parties held by The Social Club, and shows that swingers are kind hearted and care about the homeless as well as about animals.
