Was world created before us or we create the world? 1| P a g e

Can a living being come to exisit out of nothing? How we related to the outside physical world? Is mind beyond matter possible? How can stars and planets can affect us? What is fundamental? How every forces, processes and properties of matter related to each other? Why quantum? Antigravity? This short book will show you how we can answer all these questions simply by understanding the fact "how everything in the universe exist on identification and how everything related through it ". This concept may little difficult to understand because the main idea could not be highlight through symbols in equations. But as anyone can see, use of this concept in practical will be very easy. This is a proposal to people with open minds to see whether this may hold the key to most unsolved problems remains today.

Relativity What is relativity? If something always depends on something we can say it is relative to the other. For an example we can say color of an object depends on color of the light which reflects on it. So we can say color of that object is relative to color of its light, in the source. When the light color of the source get changed the color of the object also changed. Identification How do we identify something? We identify things in real world through differences. For an example we distinguish an oak tree from a pine tree because of its unique mix of colors and shapes. The Oak tree unlike pine tree and it is not identical to any other tree. Neither is it similar to any other object. Because of its discerning features, we identify it as an oak tree. Even If for the first time we come across a tree and named it as an "oak tree", it also because it is unlike to any other tree, we don’t name it as a pines tree. There for we identify this tree as an "Oak tree", in relative to all the other trees we know. Later this particular Oak tree is also identified according to taste of its fruits, Location, size of the tree and for a variety of other factors. Like we identify an oak tree, every other thing including all the living beings, we sees, sense feel, hear, and recognized those relatively. (Even we sense like this although we may not be aware that it is so.) Because of we identify everything relatively all the things exist and continue on the basis of its relativity to other things. Likewise distance, time, size, shape, wei ght, volume, softness, thickness, speed are all subject to the concept of relativism. And also the concepts developed based on relativity are also relative to one another. Strange World Consider that we are looking in to a strange world that only one living being is living and the world has only the pure color white. Suppose that this living being has not seen any other color in his life. As there are no other comparable colors, for him, even the color white does not exist. Since he hasn't seen anything yet. Suppose somehow color black appear in this world. Then a change in living beings views will occur. For the first time he will recognize something, later he might be conceptualize as colors. We can say this is the first time the living being has seen something. Similar with the addition of more colors he will bound to recognize the relative differences, and identifying them as new colors. It had to be noted that although we started that only the color white existed in the above world, it appeared as white only to us and not to the being who had never seen any color. For him, when subsequently black was appeared, it was not black. He only saw a difference. He would conceptualize this "difference" as two different "colors" for the first time. According to us it is white and black, where as for him it is not the white we identify nor the black do we make out. What is more important in this example is, it had to know that none of the differences that being identified as colors are absolute. They exist relatively and relative to the being. None of those including the being has any absolute value (or non relativistic value). Without the being there won't be any differences to see anything as colors. And the most importantly when the being creates the concept of color seeing some differences, relatively he also becomes a part of it. Take the first color as color "A" and the second color as "B". When being creates the concept of color by creating color "A" and color "B", because of the relativity they are not only relative to one another but also becomes relative to living being. If color A changes due to some reason color B also get change relative to it and part of Living being also change corresponding to the concept of color. 3| P a g e

Similarly that being identifies color, every other thing to be created relatively and every other thing that he sees, sense, feels or hears, he recognized relatively. For the being the world exists because of identification. And the identification is relative. There for everything in his world are interconnected relatively. And any concepts or theories he will create depends on these relative objects are also become relative. Later this living beings world has been created and become much complex the being will not be aware that things that he sees feels hear or sense are relative, and those may appear as real absolute things. Just like the real world today. Like living being deciphers all outer world things from his sense faculty, His mind is also a similar faculty. There for, even his thoughts also he identify due to relativity and exist due to relativity. That’s why later he can identify objects relative to all the other objects he knows without having them around. The Self We have discussed above how an external environment in relation to beings have been formed. But some may come to an argument, in the first example when the being first identify colors, even those are not colors for the being but those differences have been already there and being recognized it later. The important point is that not only the external world, but concept of been a being is also relative. To make this clear we shall look at the manner in which beings discern and recognize "self". By the concept that "this is me" and "these are external objects and the world", the perception of "Being" is created. Therefore, any discrimination made in relation to the external world and objects and any differentiation conceptualized against external world and objects the being conceptualized these are the external world and objects and those are not me, and the view is formed that "I m like this", and that other things are external to me. But if there is no being, a concept of self is not formed. This thought of "Me" cannot occur to the exclusion of identification or creation in relation to external space, objects sounds or anything. Also by non identification or creation of "self", external space, world or objects cannot be discerned. The reason being that relative external space could be created or conceptualize as “things” only by a living being. (Discernment such as this could only occur with sense organs. Existence of sense organs means that a birth of a being has been completed. A being sans sense organs cannot exist.) If so, how can you solve this issue? In short the existence of a world system sans beings nor beings sans a world system or external objects cannot exist. Therefore, the case that a living being appeared first and there after the universe came into existence or in the first instance the universe came in to existence and there after beings appeared can never be solved. Accordingly living beings and external world are not deeply divided. The separation of living beings, their thoughts, and the external world with its objects are only the delusion of relativity. If one tries to find the beginning of the universe or the beginning of living beings he will never achieve his object. Without living beings world moon or sun won't be exist. Similarly if the sun, the moon and the world exists means living being is also exists. And this very movement the Eifel tower or a pen up on a table or any living being also relative to planet Jupiter and also to star series.
This image represents the overall idea of the relative universe. The circle in the middle named "a" represent any living being. And the circles surrounding it can be any objects, living beings (or concepts). The circle "a" does not have a border of its own. Its border made by borders of other surrounding circles. Same way surrounding circles also don't have borders their own, their borders also made with other borders of circles just like those and Features of the relativistic Universe circle s like "a".

Things mentioned below are some of the facts that will give a general idea of things we can expect from Relativistic Universe. Anyone who understands the facts we described above can come to these assumptions easily. 1. If we consider, alteration or change of an object or processes in relativistic universe only can happens only if one of the facts listed below is true. i. Alteration of a object is acceptable, only if the surrounding objects or the environment also alter or change with the object ii. Or else alteration or change should happen in a way, accepted by the surrounding objects. iii. Or else the object should move to a place where its alterations or changes are acceptable. Everything happens in a relativistic world under one of the above. By the concepts like power, Energy or forces are also can be described using above facts. 2. As the objects and activities of the entire universe are relatively unified and needs to change correspondingly, no object can alter individually without having corresponding effects on other objects. As to the second fact mentioned above, if something got changed, it only can happen to a discreet values accepted by the environment objects or processes. When consider this with whole universe, every process in the universe has to be organized in to discreet values. This is what may see by physicists as quantized energy. 3. Fundamentalism is something that never be achieved because nothing exist independently. 4. If everything in the universe interrelated relatively, everything should be unique. But practically it's not what visible to us. If we consider we can see, in relative universe every things behave as relativistic systems with distance to each other and the power of influence (size, heat charge or gravity each). There for the expected uniformity of the universe cannot be found. 5. Concepts like mass, density, forces* are also subject of relativity. In a planet, these things also relative to each other and also relative to same subjects of surrounding objects. Alterations of these things will always happen, basis on above rules. *as mentioned at the beginning scientific terms like mass, forces, charge or gravity etc used in this book only as general terms. For example by saying gravity, we means whatever the effects we see or feel as gravity. There for using these words will not collide with any physical theory accepted today.) 6. In the concept of relativity, not only static properties but all the process like vibrations, rotations, movements of a planet, its atoms and particles are also subject of relativity. There for not only those relative to each other, but also have to relative to things like all the forces, mass, density etc. Therefore, in the relativistic term as an example we can say, in a planet all the atomic processes are also relative to gravity of that planet. And gravity of that planet also relative to all the atomic processes and exists because of those. And even forces like charge, also relative to gravity. The universe we seeing today is a generalized and organized image of all these relativistic effects. (In summery what we described above is simple. if there is something called "A", "A" exists because of B and If A have a power called C, that C exists because B also have power C. A has property called D it's also directly or indirectly relative to the power C of B)

7. Therefore in a planet, all the processes can be happen only by discreet values that matched with other properties. For example processes in a planet, are relative to that planets gravity. When a planet or object gets attracts to another object, processes of the attracting object also have to change its properties to match with the process in the other planet or object. 8. In the relative universe everything has to do with the observer and his frames of observation. Depending on the observation frame, the results may be vary. Even thoughts of observer can change the results. 9. As every other thing is relative, space (vacuum) is also a relative subject. Without space there won't be matters or without matters there won't be a space. Space also we discern relatively. There for to explain propagation of energy in the relativistic universe concept of electromagnetic waves are not important. Space also get affected and change due to effects. Things to Explore:  As we mentioned above, if gravity in a planet also relative to gravity of its surround objects, therefore when a planet is surrounded by many planets, it should have some unusual behaviors or process with it. (As to relativity even huge gravitational force is also possible.) But this also can change due to other effects, like three facts above mentioned.  As to the 3rd fact mentioned above about alteration of an object, if any process in a object on a planet, can change its internal or external processes to a range that does not matches with the other process in the planet, that whole object have to move away from the planet or its processes. This is a practical way of implementing antigravity. (When we change some natural process in a object, always some other process related to it will get changed relative to it. As in the 1st fact this is to protect the consistency of processes of the object because of relativity. What we mention here is altering a process to break this consistency.)  Positions of all the objects in space or inside objects, defined by their internal and external processes such as velocity.  If the universe expands for long time when objects moves great distance from each other, it cost those to lost energy and also fundamental forces like gravity and charge. There for even sub atomic particles will start to move away from each other.  In the relative universe everywhere there is always a free energy source which is the energy of continues changing of everything. Building any kind of structure just to change the natural relative behaviors of it's, to other objects, will make this free energy visible. The concept of relativity needs elaborated explanations, Aside from reasoning out and considering these matters based on practical life it is difficult to believe or accept them. These facts have been published even in brief because of the numerous concepts that can be built based on them. Everything in the universe is differences or in other words "relatively changing differences". It all depends on the observer and his reference of observation and observer also depends on references of all…..
