According to Geric Israel S. Agulto, John Kenneth P. Galang and Immanuel U. Mamauag in the Undergraduate thesis entitled “Automated Payroll System for Florprecious Franchise Inc.” stated that; Payroll system is essential for every companies, a company should basically have a payroll system for them to calculate the salary of the employee. Payroll plays a major role in a company for several reasons, from an accounting point of view, payroll is crucial because payroll and its taxes considerably affect the net income of most companies and these are subject to laws and regulations. The payroll transactions in some companies are under the HRD or Human Resource Development. The primary mission or the payroll transaction is to ensure that all employees are paid accurately that this are remitted in a timely manner. This includes salary payments, tax withholdings, and deductions from paycheck.(Agulto,Galang&Mamauag,2011)
