Introduction:
The above-named timetabling enterprise guarantees, within two days of submitting class and educator allocations, a clash free
computerized timetable:

Submission Requirements:
2.1
Subject allocation per class per educator, with each educator not having more than the total number of periods per week.
It must be clearly indicated whether the educator is a principal, deputy principal, head of department or educator.

Surnames and initials of educators.
2.3
Classes for which educators are register class educators.
2.4
Room number for each class (if educators move from one class to another when changing periods).

Length of periods and breaks.
Number of periods between breaks.

It must be clearly indicated whether Product A (Old) or Product B (New) must be used.

When you personally come to fetch your timetable, please come with a cheque to redeem your timetable. The

Cash Payment:
You may alternatively pay cash to redeem your timetable.

Bank Deposit:

You may choose to receive your timetable by email. In this case, please, deposit the amount as follows:

Indicate clearly on the deposit slip the name of your school and your email address. Immediately after
acknowledging receipt of the amount, the timetable will be emailed to you.

If you choose to receive your timetable by post, then we can arrange that you receive it by fast mail. In
this case you will need to include an amount of R50.00 for postage.

Conclusion:
Schools that have already submitted their allocation do not regret, as they are run smoothly.
