Mainberg Limited incorporated on August 2010 is a provider of International Wholesale Voice Service.The company started the operation with a vision to create a different meaning of wholesale. Being one of the only four Gateway operators for a country, we have learned the issues that an operator, terminator and end user face while calls are terminated beyond country border. We also understand, the mind set of end user influence them to change and shift to different products at different circumstance. These end users are the main focal point of an operator, retailer, reseller and wholesaler as they are the people, who roll on the whole industry and startthe loop of the chain. To keep these end users and market share stable and growing, retail operators, wholesalers and all terminators needs to take different strategies each of the moment. Mainberg started the operation as a wholesaler, keeping the requirement of the end users into mind. At Mainberg we think about our partners and their requirements. We believe, the growth of our Partners is it only way to grow our business. Mainberg understand,it is not possible for a single company to roll into the wholesale voice industry. The wholesale market is a place of partnership and friendship between companies. Thus we emphasize on partnership and the need of our Partners that brings mutual benefit for us. Through our past reputation, partnership and growth of our partners, Mainberg is at the growing stage and after two and half year of starting the operation, now we have some remarkable foot print which differs us from the other wholesalers who started the operation at the similar time.

WHY MAINBERG
It is very natural for a company to have its prime concern to earn margin. But the difference among the companies is the way that they earn the margin. Transparency in the service and helping the partners to grow their business are two major points that Mainberg adopted to earn margin and grow its own business. We started with a vision to be a global voice service provider that provides such service, which creates value for its partners. To reach at the vision point Mainberg started to build its network in such manner that can provide seamless, UN interrupted and exact service that the partners require. This Mission of Mainberg is continued and within this continuous process, Mainberg have achieved trust of more than 500 partners. Among its partners list, Mainberg is now trustfully partnering with more than 20 Tire1 and 50 Tire 2 Voice service providers. Mainberg have blended four parameters of service to achieve the trust of this high number of partners: cost, scale, quality and efficiency. For maintaining these four parameters at each stage of service, Mainberg is now a carrier that other carriers refer for interconnection.

INTERCONNECTION MODEL
For the interconnection for voice termination, Mainberg have two point of connect at UK and Singapore. Through its own Nextone based switching equipment, Mainberg is capable to connect with any carrier around the world through Public IP, Private IP and TDM. For termination of voice from its Pop at UK and Singapore, Mainberg is connect with multiple Tire 1 and Tire 2 carriers in IP and TDM, based on the requirement of the carriers and voice quality through the interconnection module. For interconnection in IP, Mainberg supports G. 729, G. 723 and G. 711 codec and both SIP and H. 323 Protocol. Point of interconnection with Mainberg in TDM is: 1. Equinix IBX; Singapore 2. Epsilon Global Hubs; London 3. HKCOLO Hong Kong

Mainberg Limited partners with the leading global and regional network equipment providers. The group partnered up with Ericssonfor the installation of its International Gateway (IGW) operation back in 2008. It has chosen Ericsson's Marconi Optical Multi Service platform which are cost effective, scalable and flexible to meet the needs of the networks today and in the future. The group have already deployed the Billing Platform of INTEC ‐ the most comprehensive and powerful settlement system of the world, handling every kind of traffic, from simple voice to the most advanced content and data services, in a single, highly integrated platform. Before the starting of Mainberg operation, the Telco group have also partnered with GENBAND which is a leading global supplier of next‐generation IP gateways, session border controllers and FMC security solutions (previously known as Nextone).
