Established new communications links with each client bank's financial applications/data bases that fulfill online banking requests for bank's customers. Achieved relocation of data center to new hosting collocation facility, Terremark, with no impact to TODO1's online banking web sites and operations of its three client banks. Over 100 servers running under Solaris and Windows server, Oracle databases, connected through LAN, CISCO routers, SAN (data storage,) and new telecommunications links were physically relocated over a period of three weeks. of E-PPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management) tool set for increasing TODO1's E-PPM capabilities, namely: complete visibility of enterprise project portfolio, productivity of performing team resources, and project's ROI. Prepared RFP for qualified vendors to present how their E-PPM product capabilities would satisfy TODO1's project portfolio and resource management requirements.
