Changing lifestyles and higher disposable incomes have resulted in a change in travel
preferences. To cater to this shift in travel preferences, travel service providers are innovating in
order to offer niche and customised services.
The major challenges faced by the travel, tourism and hospitality industry include lack of
proper infrastructure, shortage of skilled manpower, regulatory issues and security threats.

Discussion

A. Problem Situation:

There are challenges faced by Tourism Industry and these are the follows:
First is Safety and Security. This is major challenge in Tourism Industry. Almost no
community has done a tourism security assessment of its industry’s personnel and sites.
They doesn’t have a contact in their police offices
Next is Improper waste disposal, it is most probably caused by: poor distribution of trash
bin near the site. Doesn’t implement information about sanitation;
Wireless Communication (wifi) even though it offers advantages to both traveler
and in the Tourism Industry it also have disadvantages. (For example, a tourists can’t enjoy their
stay in a certain spot and they cannot appreciate its beauty because they are connected to this
wireless communication.)
All forms of the travel and tourism industry have placed greater restrictions on what they
offer and many have raised prices. Along with these restrictions, many parts of the industry
suffer from either limited personnel or poor customer service. So far these stresses have not
caused a decrease in travel, but the potential for such a turndown is very present.

B.Proposed Solution
When most people think of tourism, they probably don’t think about an industry that can
contribute to global solutions for the difficult challenges facing the planet.

Improvement on security by controlling the rebel activities especially in areas with
tourist attractions. Improving in hospitality and the quality of service rendered to the tourist
through training tour operators for example leisure and hospitality, and tourism courses are
offered at the university.
Like increases of diseases such as dengue fever due to warmer temperatures, changing
weather patterns and new drought cycles that threaten food production. Unless these issues are
mitigated, the quality of the tourist experience is likely to decrease and the visitors will be less
likely to come here.
Given that vacations require disposable income, tourists often come from more wealthy
countries. If tourist accommodations are surrounded by depressing poverty, high crime or
security issues, or constant concerns of catching infectious disease, they will be become places
tourists avoid.

B. Schedule
This Schedule is implemented to inform the tourists and travelers which possible tasks,
events, or actions are intended to take place

Hiking:
Good for 4-5 hrs.
5:00 am to 10:00 am
10:00am to 5:00 pm

Camping: Overnight
Good for 7-8hrs.

10:00pm to 6:00am
8:00pm to 5:00am

C. Benefits

 Employment
This project can make and provide jobs for the people in the community. We want them
to be the first beneficiary of this project. They can be tour guides that will help and assist the
tourists.
 Opportunities
This project can offer opportunities not only to the people but also in our community.
Bringing tourists into a community gives it new life, and creates opportunities for entrepreneurs
to establish new services and products, or facilities that would not be sustainable based on the
local population of residents alone.
 Nature Preservation

Our team would like to inform everyone that in this growing industry, the sake of the
nature should not be sacrificed.

D. Marketing Feasibility

III.

Conclusion
As one of the key informants exclaimed about PhilTouReno priorities, "nothing is

known, just start somewhere." It does seem that with so little tourism research and planning
occurring in the area, it is difficult to know where to start and the task of developing a more
comprehensive understanding of PhilTouReno seems almost too daunting to consider.
Tourism in many ways effectively illustrates much of this thinking. It has provided
the means of expression, and perhaps even the medium of change in the experience of emotion.
This conclude argues that if the social significance of tourism is to be fully investigated,
its emotional contexts must be addressed. It is hoped that future research could begin to develop
a more distinct and refined approach, rather than relying on well-established perspectives for
theoretical support. As noted at the outset, emotion is like a light that helps make sense of the
world, hence, attention to emotion might also help to re-illuminate the field of tourism and

provide fresh impetus in the analysis of what is, after all, one of the most significant social
phenomena of recent history.
