Truck Loader model VL500: excellent, robust and easy to operate vehicle loading conveyor, mounted on self locking swivel castor
or solid tyre. Has both end fixed height. Total reach inside truck up to 4 mt. (13 feet). Can be used for loading & unloading bags, boxes, crates etc up to 100 kgs. Operation switch is provide at truck end.

Vehicle end of arm is flexible, and is extremely useful to stack bags or boxes inside a vehicle. This is easily done by hydraulic cylinder &up-down push button. Total reach inside truck up to 4 mt. Model no MUVL650: Finally the most evolved unit amongst the vehicle loaders, this unit can be truly termed as
Multi Utility Vehicle Loader as it allows for all possible height adjustments ranging from 500 mm to 4000 mm above ground at both ends. Its multi utility ability allows it to double up as a bag stacker as well..!! It can be used to stack bags, boxes up to required stacking height saving space! It is equipped with forward-reverse belt. Extremely useful unit when loading, unloading and stacking operations are on inside warehouses, railheads, railway siding etc.,

Motorised Bag Diverter

ü Makes use of high speed slider bed concept, and avoids using rollers
to support belt.
ü Superior design avoids bag jamming at point of diverter. ü Uses long life Polyurethane (PU) ribbed slider belt. ü Small and light weighted, hence so easy to install and operate. ü Can be installed on existing conventional conveyor systems as well. ü Available in fixed and traveling diverter designs.
FRP Spiral Gravity Chutes
ü Installed vertically, hence saves space and increase storage area. ü Not affected by corrosion or morning dew factor. Hence no need
for any maintenance.
ü No sharp corners exists, avoid any damage to bags, spillage and
wastage of final product.
ü Manufactured in modular design, so easy to install and replace in
case of damage. ü Available in 3 mtr to 8 mtr height or as per customer requirements.
