Materials

2 basmati rice cup
4 cups of water
2 margarine spoon
1/2 Nestle evaporated milk ' cup
1 raisin small packet
1 pandan leaf blade
a bit of salt

Saute material

2 spoon mentega/ ghee
2cm cinnamon
1 flower bud gate
1 relief fruit stone
2 comment onion putih-hiris
1 Maggie Cukup Rasa small packet

Ways of providing
1. Wash rice. Immerse during 5-10 minute. Toskan
2. Heat mentega/ ghee. Tumiskan sauter materials until rise smell
3. Include rice. Stir shortly in 1-2 minute. Then include evaporated milk, raisin, water, pandanus leaf
and a bit of salt
4. Cook rice as usual.
5. When already completed may garnished with cashew bean

2 white fishtail tapper (medium size)
½ corn flour cup
1 egg seed ( white )
1 s / t tumeric powder
A bit of salt
Cooking oil
Gravy materials fish
1 comment shallot - sliced
2 clove garlic - sliced
A little tamarind juice
2 Maggie tomato sauce ' spoon
2 Maggie chilli sauce ' spoon
A little Mixed Vegetable
2 s / t Maggie Cukup Rasa
1 lemon seed musk / lemon

1 onion seed sliced fine
1 tomato seed sliced
2 red chilli seed

Way of cooking
1. Campurkan tumeric powder, a bit of salt on fish, further campurkan egg white and wrap fish with
corn flour. After mulch fish a matter of minutes, that fish could continue deep-fry until ripe.
2. Prepare material for fish gravy. Include shallot and garlic inside pan and sauter until rise smell.
Later, include tamarind juice, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, mixed vegetable and Maggie Cukup Rasa.
3. Put fish that had fried inside plate, cast fish gravy just now on fried fish. Perahkan lemon juice /
lemon for different sense addition.
4. Lastly, position ornament according to own creativity.
