MBA ADMISSION 2012-2014 (Approved by AICTE & Affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University) Profile: Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering & Technology was started in the year 2001 with the aim of providing value added technical & Management education with flair of Professional Excellence & Ethical values. The Institution has been accredited with ISO 9001-2008 Certification. MBA : MBA was started in the year 2004. Six batches are already passed out. Main objective and orientation of the course will be to equip the students to become effective managers who can deliver excellent results. Students will be given ample opportunities to get exposed to various fields of environments and situations of business world and to interact with heads of organizations & managers. Add on Course In addition to the normal course prescribed by the university, following add on courses may be provided with certification. 1. Supply Chain Management & Logistics 2. Information systems Eligibility : i) As per M.G. university norms ii) A good MAT score (preferably composite score more than 600) Desirable : 60% marks or above in SSLC, +2 & BA/BSc/BCom/B.Tech etc. Selection : Based on i) Percentage marks in the basic degree

MAT Score Proficiency in Communication skill which will be tested in GD and Interview at the college
Transportation : College buses are running to various directions. Bus fare for the full semester is to be paid in advance. Laminated Photo ID bus pass will be provided on payment. Course Delivery : Strict discipline has to be maintained inside the campus. Students have to wear uniform on all days except on Wednesdays. Once admitted, students will be governed by the college rules. Interview : Interview date will be announced depending on the vacancy. 1st Phase will be on 30th & 31st January 2012.
