How long will it take? The Strathclyde MBA – International, has been specifically designed for busy executives who need to combine career and family commitments with the demands of MBA studies. This flexibility enables participants to graduate within two years. However, your studies may be spread over a longer period to a maximum of six years.   Subject to availability, those students wishing to accelerate their studies may be able to join the full-time MBA programme pro gramme at Strathclyde University at the elective stage during May, June and July each year. This enables you to complete your electives within a shorter period, as well as experience working with participants from all over the world.

How does the programme work? The study route to your part-time MBA is flexible with most participants taking between two to two and a half years to complete. Each year is divided into two semesters starting in October and April. Students are provided with a range of text books, course workbooks, core learning materials, and online access to the Strathclyd Strathclyde e University library along with physical and online access to the Neovartis libraries.

The Strathclyde MBA in Bahrain The Strathclyde MBA programme has been available outside the UK since 1988. Over 2000 participants have now graduated, and over 1500 students are currently studying the programme in their own country. This success is due to the unique delivery structure developed with the local partner, incorporating elements of full-time, part-time and open learning study methods. The Strathclyde MBA Programme has been available in Bahrain since 1995 and is now in partnership with Neovartis Limited. How is the course assessed? The course is assessed by a combination of written coursework, in-class presentations presentations and examinations. As far as possible, coursework will be related to your work environment and the examinations are scheduled twice a year prior to the end of each semester. The examinations and assignments are set, marked and validated by the University of Strathclyde academic staff, and are identical to and assessed on the same basis as students undertaking the programme in the UK.
