Career Coaching
A distinctive tur n in talent grooming.
Unitedworld's unique Centre of Excellence (CoE) is the academic Centre for Career Coaching (CCC) – the first of its kind in India to support both students and professionals. It is a student-centric development innovation where performance enhancement is accomplished through administration of assessment instruments followed by individual coaching conversations. CCC does contemporary research and consulting with its team of psychologists & trained HR professionals. Our Coaches understand students' true potential, help them clarify their career goals, and develop as well as implement a strategy to achieve them. The Career Coaching process and the conversations between the client/student and the Coach is kept confidential.

How Career Coaching helps...
Students need someone to help and motivate them along the way. Maybe they need a "secret ally" to support them and boost their confidence. This "secret ally" is the Career Coach. Students need coaching when they are deliberating over a number of career options and need clarification about what they want from their career and how to attain it. Career Coaches clarify students’ career goals as well as develop and implement a strategy to achieve them. It helps in unlocking a person's potential to maximize his/her own performance. Career Coaching also helps reduce the attrition rate of employed managers by enabling a better fit for the recruiters’ needs.

Career Coaching involves
• Showing rather than teaching • Exploring rather than asking • Training rather than experimenting • Providing support through workshops • Individual coaching conversations For more information on our Career Coaching programme, please write to [email protected]
