TERMS & CONDITIONS:
FELLOWS:
Every candidate for admission to the institution as Fellow or for transfer from Member to Fellow shall produce evidence acceptable to the
Central Council that he/she satisfies the following conditions, that he/she
a)
is at least 40 years of age
b)
possesses a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution
c)
has at least 15 years recognized experience in Electrical Engineering Profession.
d)
is holding position of higher responsibility and has attend eminence in Electrical Engineering profession.
e)
Provides a copy of Technical Research paper which had already been published in IEEEP Journal “New Horizons” or any other HEC
Recognized Journal.
f)
had conducted at least three Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD) as Resource Person.
g)
Further the committee suggested that for transferring from Member to Fellow She/he should remain as member for 3 Years.

MEMBERS:
Every candidate for election or transfer to the class of Member shall satisfy the central Council, that he/she Central
Council, that he/she: is at least 32 years of age.
a)
Possesses a B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution.
b)
has at least 8 years recognized professional experience and has made some contribution to the Electrical Engineering profession. (Two
years’ experience will be counted towards Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and additional one year for a Ph.D).

recognized polytechnic or equivalent Technical Institution leading to a diploma acceptable to the Council and further that he has had at least 5

GRADUATE
Every candidate for election as Graduate or transfer from the class of Student to the class of Gradate shall produce evidence to the satisfaction of
the Council that:
a)
has followed, as a bonafide student, a course of studies of Engineering at a University or College recognized by the Central Council and
has been awarded a Degree or equivalent qualification after completion of such course.
b) has passed the Graduate ship examination of the Institution.

She/he is following himself for the profession of Engineering or is being trained as such.
b) She/he has after matriculation with science passed an examination of Student Membership prescribed by the Council or such other
examination as may be considered equivalent thereto by the Council or may have any exempting qualification there from.
