OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MOBILE OIL PURIFIER
START-UP SEQUENCE CONFIRM FEEDVALVE (10) IS CLOSE AND RECIRCULATION (BYPASS) VALVE (11) IS OPEN AT MOBILE OIL PURIFIER SKID. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. CONFIRM SUPPLY VALVES (9) AND OUTLET VALVES (12) TO AND FROM MOBILE OIL PURIFIER ARE PROPERLY LINED UP. CONFIRM HEATERS 1 & 2 AND PUMP AT MOBILE OIL PURIFIER SKID ARE ENERGIZED. START OIL PURIFIER BY DEPRESSING STARTER PUSHBUTTON. OPERATE OIL HEATER (50~55OC DURING CUT-IN AND CUT-OUT). CONFIRM CURRENT HAS SETTLED AT ABOUT 60 % OF RATED CURRENT (3 Amp) AND NOISE HAS LESSENED. AFTER SUPPLYING THE PRESCRIBED AMOUNT OF FRESHWATER INTO THE MEASURING HOPPER, OPEN GLOBE VALVE (13) AND SUPPLY WATER TO THE BOWL TO PROVIDE SEALING WATER TO THE BOWL. 8. 9. CONFIRM OIL HAS BEEN HEATED TO THE PRESCRIBED TEMPERATURE (8). GRADUALLY OPEN FEED VALVE (10) UP TO FULL OPEN POSITION THEN SLOWLY REGULATE (TO AVOID OIL LEAKAGE) RECIRCULATION VALVE (11) UNTIL YOU REACH DISCHARGE PRESSURE (18) OF 1~1.5 bar AND FEEDRATE (7) OF 2000 lit./min. 10. OBSERVE ANY ABNORMAL NOISE DURING OPERATION, STOPPED IF NECESSARY. STOPPING SEQUENCE

OPEN RECIRCULATION (BYPASS) VALVE (11), AND CLOSE FEED VALVE (10). POUR WATER IN TO THE BOWL BY OPENING THE GLOBE VALVE (13). THIS IS TO PUSH OUT OIL IN THE BOWL, THEN AGAIN FULLY CLOSE GLOBE VALVE (13).

STOP THE MOTOR AND CONFIRM THAT IT COMPLETELY STOPS.   STOPPING WITH BRAKE < 2 minutes. STOPPING WITHOUT BRAKE > 8 minutes. 1/2
