Moving Out Cleaning Checklist

Thank you for your stay and we understand that you will be moving out of the premises soon. According to the terms of our lease agreement, you will have to leave the rental unit in a clean, tidy and damagefree condition in order to receive a full refund of yoursecurity deposit. The following is a list of tasks that you have to carry out before your tenancy ends:    Remove all your personal items and belongings from the property Wash and clean up the interior of the property including the flooring, walls, windows and carpets Tidy up the garden and lawn of the property. This includes trimming the grass and removing any weeds. Clean up all the applicances and furniture in the property Move any furniture and applicances that are out of place to their original positions Dispose of all food, trash and unwanted items in the property Repair any damages that are caused by your neglect or abuse. If anything is left unrepaired, please inform us in writing
