My favourite dish
Nowadays we are not sure anymore about what we eat. Since people put money above all and the quantity has replaced the quality,things are going in the wrong way.Moreover,in our times the diversity lost his brightness and now we all have to follow the next pattern:girls must fit in a 0 clothes size and with the more bones we see,the ‘’prettier’’ they become,boys must have a body full of muscles.In these conditions it is not surprising that I feel a lot of pressure being a young girl in these superficial days and not to mention that I have pleasures too.For example,years ago I ate my favourite dish whenever I wanted,even at dinner,but now I eat it at very special occasions,not to mention that you can count on your fingers the times when I eat it,and,of course,being a rule of the days,never at dinner……….But let’s see my favourite dish:spaghetti Bolognese.Before I begin to tell you their story in my life let me tell you a little secret:I never eat when I am hungry and that it is all,no,it would be too easy and with no magic in it,I always close my eyes,especially when it is about my favourite dish,and I savour every single bite as it would be the first time when I eat something so good…. For instance,spaghetti Bolognese was the first dish that I learnt to prepare by myself.Their magnificent taste,from my point of view,determined me to look at my mother to see what it is her secret.I learnt in the long run that the secret ingredient was the experience.Only when I would accomplished it ,I could mix all the ingredients in a perfectly balanced way.And I reached my goal,not before knowing that in order to get something good you need to put pleasure and love in it. Secondly,let’s see if it is easy or not to prepare it!You will need:dried spaghetti,smoked bacon,1 tin of plum,garlic dried oregano,olive oil,mushrooms,parmesan cheese,salt,black pepper.This is the simpliest recipe that you can prepare at home because on the market,cheffs are competing with more and more ingredients to add to.From all these ingredients the most complicated is the garlic because if you want to feel all his favour in the food you will have to put it hot oil and if you let him in more than 30 secounds,then the garlic becomes bitterly and you can through your dish.To begin with,put the spaghettis into boiled water but beware of the time,not more that it is recomandated on their package because then the spaghettis become sticky and with an unpleasant aspect.Meanwhile put the smoked bacon and the mushrooms into hot oil to get a crust,then put the chopped garlic and quichly add the tin of plum.The souce remain there to thicken and it always get ready when the spaghettis are ready to go on the plate.Before mixing the spaghettis with the souce,introduce in the souce salt,black pepper,oregano and chilli if you like spicey food.On the plate ,on the spaghettis mixed with the souce,you put the parmesan cheese and the food is ready to be served and eated. Last but not the least I want you to be honest with you and to think at if is it worth be superficial in a superficial world.Life is short.We cannot struggle all our life to fit in some patterns and trying to remove that thing that make us special.Try to enjoy the little things that happen in your life and think about that: ‘’Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion’’
