My life – An experience

During childhood, my life was between school and home. When I was in third grade, I wanted only three things out of life: to be a singer, wear designer clothes and own a beautiful farm house. By the time I was in college, list was bountiful. Being from a business family, I was always taught to think big and during my teenage years, like others I wanted to be associated with one of the leading business empire. “A manager” mom said in disbelief. “Why not be an entrepreneur?” and why not, indeed? That was the time I decided to be an independent consultant.

“walk may be slow but important is the direction”
Today we see most of the teenagers are stressed and are not in the direction leading to a successful career. The clear reason as I see is pressure of competition. I am confident in saying this as during my high school, when I manage to accomplish over my educational misfortune. I have learnt to deal with the crisis and turn in magnificent triumph, when I drew the inner power to turn the seemingly unhopeful catastrophe into a favorable state of affair. Along with, my inclination in creativity aided to realize my vision, goal and path to achieve. Besides being relaxed, meditation also helped to visualize my dream, the end destination. It gave the plain pictures of the steps to achieve. When I meet the first goal, I set the reasonable second one; I work hard to achieve. Each success leads to the next, and approach is with end result in the mind. In my 12th grade, I was dropped out in chemistry; there are several reasons by then, however now they seem more like an excuse. On the first instant I was afraid, fear to face family, fear to face friends, fear to face people and most importantly fear to face the society. While my brain started to betray, my inner instinct told me there is a divine plan. I meditate, and reminded myself that life is a process and everything happens for the best. Finally I came to the place to

understanding and things started to turn around. My suffering of rejection and fear turn to acceptable and guide me the further scope of action and the ultimate goal. The other force which help me was parental guidance and their through out support during my grooming days. I still recall those days, when my mom said, imagine you to be sixty year old, sitting on the bench of beautiful garden with your friends. Thinking about your education which instead of completing at twenty years got completed in twenty one, does that going to make any difference? And I knew the answer. I took this misfortune as the steeping stone for the coming success, and instead of getting depressed I learned. Know and accept yourself I learn: Acceptance, positive or negative, ultimately aids us to reach the final destination. The most important during the process is to learn and not to commit the same mistakes again. When things are not in your favor and you do not like the situation, take the way it is. When you do not like some thing, accept it. I believe meditation helps oneself to develop capabilities to make things as aspire. When I was dropped out I didn’t had disheartened or depressed but I took it as challenge. I remember that the doors have opened for more exiting and more interesting prospects. I analyzed then current scenario, evaluated the condition which were going to advance me for my decisive results. I drew myself up and began to exhibit confident attitude. Acceptance helped me to emerge out as powerful. I would not allow seeing this event as my defeat. Rather I threw all my negative thought aside and again started working for the new heights.

Not Stopping Moving ahead with end result, my counselor suggested my inclination toward arts, literature and mechanics. I attain the Bachelor degree of Commerce with accounts as major subject. This was indeed the steeping stone for ultimate goal. Meanwhile, on my creative front I did my diploma in advance computing arts, and working as web designer. This was time for optimum use of inner strength and exiting resources. I pursue my Master degree in Business Administration with major in Finance. As bundled with MBA Program, I got my summer internship with Reliance Industries Limited, Textile division, India. Here I learn about the process of manufacturing of Fabrics, the procedure of exports and business development. During my final year of program, I was associated with Vadilal Industries Limited, Forex division, India. The task involve was to develop content on daily basis for foreign exchange currency moments, stock markets, bullion market and non ferrous metal market. Besides keeping updates on major development on developed and developing economy, I was advising importer and exporters to take up the position whether to hold or hedge their exposure to minimize foreign exchange risk. MBA Programs’ placement was done at Mindmill Software Limited, Mumbai, India. Wherein, my responsibilities include the sales, marketing and promotion in western India for the Financial Solution Group of Core banking software projects and products. Task involve right from planning (Pre-sales activities), budgeting, marketing strategies, collaterals, demonstration, sales monitoring and control till final negotiation / closing. Talking about the achievement I got the company’s first high value order which included paradigm shift in technology. The journey continues after working for two year with previous mention organization, today I am associated with business research and consulting firm, knowledge arm of the leading university in India.
