JOB EXPERIANCES

Working as Call Centre Executive for VADS bhd. under TMIS (TM Internet Services)
department for 7 months (8 February until 30 August 2010). Primarily responsible for any
technical problems regarding internet services. Act as combo agent to report or solve (if possible)
any case including telephone line (DEL – direct exchange line) and also CARDS (I-talk, home
prepaid, ring-ring cards and etc.). In order to be entitled as combo agent, I need to attend several
trainings such as customer service representative training for 2 months, DEL training for 1 week
and CARDS training for 1 week. Some of the systems that I familiarized with during the working
period are I-CARE, ICOMM, MCMB, Session DB, Session DB Rad Usage, BMS (Building
Management System), MIPS, IP Prepaid, IP Postpaid, Cynergy, SAMS and Webstar. All those
systems have their own purposes and are required in order to attend any case reported by
customer. Within 7 months working as call centre executive, I managed to obtain a significant
amount of knowledge and able to improve my soft skills as customer service agent.
