approximately.
Ground, First and Second Floors of 27,443 SFT with floor plate area of 8815 SFT, 8691 SFT and 9937 SFT
respectively earmarked for commercial /retail /Specialty Restaurants for long term lease.
Third Floor of 9,937 for Reception, Lobby, Conference/Party Hall and Coffee Shop for the boutique hotel.
Fourth in Seventh floor consisting of 72 no's luxury rooms (Room size 243 SFT with 38 SFT of toilet area).

Electrical Services: Main Incoming power is availed through 11kV feeder for better stability and
reliability. 1 no. 500 KVA transformer is considered exclusively for the complex. Automatic capacitor
control panels for power factor correction to reduce maximum demand shall be provided. Power backup
using 1 no. of 325 KVA D.G.Set shall be provided. Lightning protection system with required number of
spikes, G.I. Strips and earthing pits are considered to give protection for the building. Excellent earthing
for safe electrical operations shall be provided.
