Objectives
Every research is done keeping some objectives in mind. The project entitled, “A Study on the Grievance handling and settlement process on the executive level in North Eastern coalfields, coal India limited” Also have the following objectives as stated below: To study the current process of grievances handling at NEC. To study the major grievances of employees at NEC. To study the awareness of employees regarding the grievance handling system of NEC. To analyse the impact of grievance settlement procedure on the executives of NEC. To recommend a proposal for a modified grievance handling system for NEC.
