ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION
Throughout history, as machine invented by extraordinary people, they attempted to make their jobs easier. This desire to simplify lives and perform more effectively. Creates a new technology for improving lives within our society. Because needs exist, man developed and applied new technology to fill those needs. Technology is one of the tools to solve those problems. Man keeps on developing new technology. These new technology leads changes in the way jobs are being performed, but the changes present new problems in which can be solve by much improving technological advancement and so computers were developed to deal with information needs and case. That is why Information Technology (IT) is so important in today’s world. Especially those involve in this field are full of determination is

seeking new ideas in order for them to help our society.

Today, most establishment and institution in the country are already using Modern technologies for theme to be able to serve their clients fast and efficient. One of the most important sectors in our country is our educational institution where almost 10 Million students enrolled yearly. In line with this, it is better for a school to have a Computerized enrolment system instead of the traditional manual system to have an Efficient and faster enrolment operation and to use as an advantage over their counter Part school especially schools that is located in metropolitan places. Aside from good Quality education, good services are also one of the factors looking by a new student.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Enrollment is an exciting day for every student in elementary, high school, or colleges. It is the most expected activity after summer vacation. But contrary to the expectations of the enrollees, enrollment has posed problems and hassles because it has become tedious and taxing. Sometimes the students’ leave it to their parents and other members of the family to enroll them. The unsystematic procedure of school during enrollment is now dreaded by them. Instead student enrollees have to stand and wait of finishing it in an hour or two, sometimes students are made to come back the next day or even after a week so that they can be officially enrolled. And that is why we decided to build a computerized enrollment system to help them to enroll without hassle.

RATIONALE

One of the problems was the generation of forms. The students needed to fill-up four copies of the registration (copy for the student, accountant, registrar and dean). Students were consuming a lot of time in doing such. Since the students are manually filling-up the official documents of the school, data redundancy has a great possibility in causing further complexity in the enrollment process.

The enrollment itself can be considered as the problems for the students. From evaluation to validation, it is a long process, and students have to go back and forth in different offices to complete the enrollment procedures. It can be tiring and such a waste of effort for them. Through Online Enrollment System, it is easy now for the students to enroll.

Objectives

General Objectives our general objective is obviously to help ease the problem in managing records on enrolling old and new students.

Specific Objective We are specifically aimed to introduce the beauty and functionality on using electronic devices such as computers on helping the staffs and faculty members to compile and manage records on enrollment season, and to propose the computerized system on handling student’s records to avoid mishandling, redundancy, and to prevent records on getting old and damaged by natural calamities like rains, storms and heat.

Significance of the Study students to be knowledgeable enough on entering the Information Technology in terms of enrollment. This would be the students guide to manage their own information and to be easy for the staffs and faculty members to access their student’s profiles.
This study will help the Faculty, the staffs especially the

ENROLLMENT SYSTEM Computerization is a control system that manages processes in industrial workplace. It reduced human errors and processing time, thus it can boost productivity and resulted into high quality of product produce. In Information System, computerization is concerned about interrelating different but interdependent transactions. This can result in a system with well-integrated processes that can perform much faster and more accurate than a manual system.

Enrollment is the process of entering and verifying data of student to register on a particular school. Different interrelated processes build up enrollment procedures called Enrollment System (ES). ES are used particularly in recording and retrieving student’s information. Tracking student’s information is also one feature of ES, in which the school can trace the standing of a student. Verifying payments was also added to update or browse student’s billings. Enrollment System is a good example of a computer generated process. This can lessen the workload and provides accurate information needed of the school. As a result, it will benefit not only the student but the administration as a whole.

An Analytical Framework
The development and implementation of this study

Any analytical framework that deals with the issue of what the proper development strategies are for the PRC's SMEs|especially with regard to technological innovation|has to confront the issue of understanding the basic nature of innovation. At the same time, such a framework needs to account for the specific circumstances surrounding a transition from a centrally planned economy to a market-oriented one.2
In this paper, we introduce an analytical framework that highlights these issues based on a synthesis of four distinct areas of prior research: The resource-based view on late industrialization (Barney 1991), the institutional economics perspective on the technological learning process (Nelson 1993), the innovation network analysis on competitive industrial strategies (Porter 1990), and the monopolistic competition model of international trade (Krugman 1979, 1980).
