Instructions:
1. Unravel the 22-4 alarm wire in the corner. 2. Cut the wire approximately 4” to 6” from the wall. 3. Strip the 22-4 Alarm wire back approximately 1 inch. 4. Strip each individual wire back about ¼” to expose the copper conductor. 5. Remove the front plate from the motion detector and set aside. 6. Remove the circuit board from the back plate and set aside. 7. Using a pointy object, poke a hole in the bottom-middle hole, one of the middle-right holes, and one of the middle-left holes of the back plate. (This will accommodate the wire, and 2 wood screws) 8. Thread the wire through the bottom hole while pushing the back plate flush up to the corner. 9. Using a wood screw in both the right and left side holes, security the back plate to the corner. (Ensure the plate is level vertically) 10. While the circuit board is disconnected from the back plate, insert each wire into the corresponding screw terminal on the circuit board, and tighten the screws. a. +V = Red b. –V = Black

Insert the circuit board back into the back plate, aligning the middle tooth of the board with the small alignment tabs on the back plate. 13. Reinstall the front plate onto the mounted back plate to complete the installation.
